Don't trust their offers, this is very unreliable company! They offers a lot but it's all lies, they never complete their promises and you will waste your money! This happened to me and I can say that this company ruined my vacation!!! They promised me one type of hotel but in reality there was something absolutely different, cheaper than the one which was promised.

Eric, the problem is, nobody trusts you or your company! You, Tom Lyons and Brian Stearns have created quite a financial "scheme" with the the multitude of travel sites and other ventures. You have scammed hundreds, if not thousands of customers, out of a small fortune. You have, also, "rewarded" the BBB for their "A+" rating ... though many of the claims against your scheme have either not been settled or have not been settled to the satisfaction of the respective customers.

In fact, you have even reached the offices of the Kansas Attorney General, as my claim has presented. That being the case, I have filed claims in other states, as well as with the US Attorney General and the DoJ/OIG. Funny thing is, is you needed to do was to offer me a full refund, with interest, and I would have left you GCi alone.

I may never get my money back, and that's okay; because, as it currently stands, it's not about the money, it's the principle ... so to speak.
