FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

WOKE UP THIS MORNING TO LOOK AT MY BANK STATEMENT AND THERE WAS A $29.99 FEE FROM GLDSCR.COM...HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH THING. LOOK IT UP ON THE INTERNET TO FIND OUT IT WAS A FREE CREDIT SCORE PLACE. THAT DIDNT SIT WELL WITH ME BECAUSE I LOOKED BACK AND THEY BEEN TAKING OUT MY ACCOUNT FOR 3 MONTHS..I THEN REMEMBERED THAT SITE WHICH I WAS UNABLE TO SEE MY SCORES. I CALLED THE LADY TO CANCEL BUT I SEE THEY STILL BEEN CHARGING ME. THIS IS NOT RIGHT AND THIS COMPANY NEED TO STOP. I FOUND A NUMBER TO CALL BUT NO ONE ANSWERED. GONNA KEEP CALLING AND IN THE PROCESS REPORT THEM TO THE BBB..

Fraudulent charges

Looked at my credit card statement and GLDSCR had charged $29.95 to my account. This account was cancelled back in May. New charge is in Sept. Called and person who did not speak English well apologized and did agree that my account was cancelled. When I asked for refund, I was transferred to a line that never answered. I called back and was transferred again. I have contacted the BBB about this and my credit card company. Do not use companies promising free credit scores. They are SCAMS.

GLDSCR.com

On August 22, I was online checking information on the My-Rent-to-Own site and before I could get any information I was asked for my current credit score. I was automatically transferred to a site for Score Sense which I could sign up for temporarily if necessary for $1.95 and after 7 days if I didn't want to continue with Score SenSe (which is a ligitimate company) I could cancel membership of $49.95. I cancelled both of the above memberships within 6 days and received a cancellation confirmation # for both My-Rent-to-Own for $49.95/mo membership and ScoreSense aslo for $49.95 membership.

On August 22, the same day I was on ScoreSense, I received a charge from GLDSCR for $1.95. Then on August 30 I received a credit card charge out of nowhere from GLDSCR.com for $49.95. I called the phone #888-490-0810 on my credit card statement and got a girl called Christina after on hold for 25 minutes. The call was muffled from the very beginning and I when I asked the name of the company I thought I heard her say Life Score but her words were muffled. I then asked her to spell it and I heard L-I-F-E-S-C-O-R-E. Because the call was so muffled and I couldn't understand anything she was saying I asked for a supervisor or someone else to help me before the conversation was ended. She then hung up on me.

After searching the internet for LIFESCORE (which doesn't exist) I found many complaints against GLDSCR.com. My credit card company BARCLAY CARD US canceled my card and issued me a new one. They gave me a credit for the $1.95 but left the $49.95 to be transferred to their DISPUTE DEPT. After investigating it as a fraudulent charge Barclay said they found it to be a legitimate charge and refused to give me a credit. That same day I found a new charge from the same company on my NEW CREDIT CARD!!! BARCLAY HOW DID THAT HAPPEN!!! YOU JUST CLOSED MY OLD CARD OUT AND ASSIGNED ME A NEW CARD AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THIS SAME SCAM COMPANY HAS A NEW CHARGE FOR $49.95. Now I have a total of two fraudulent charges for $99.90 and Barclay has assured me that no fees will be charged. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I am just hoping GLDSCR is not connected anyway to Barclay Card and that is the reason they found it to be a legitimate charge. REALLY?????

Beware of this company they are a fraud salesman called and talked to my wife sold her on a rent to own site gave her some no's for some stupid reason got subpisious and looked up the site it took me to the gldscr.com on my recept on my phone from my CC there is no rent to own thru them filed a complaint with the BBB and stopped payment with the credit card at the bank also filing charges with the fraud div at the police dept here

Total Scam

I signed up for this service in July, 2016 and decided it was not for me and cancelled before the trial period ended. I have been charged $49.95 ever since. Every month I call to cancel and I am told I already cancelled. Then they realize I am right and say they will refund my money. Today is December 1, 2016, and I just got off the phone with them. Hopefully, they will give me a nice Christmas present and finally straighten out this s____.

Ultimate Scam

Like many of you, I signed up for this service on th $1.00 trial, after the trial I cancelled because like many of you, I decided this was not something that was not benefitting me, even if it was free. I cancelled in October 2016. In November I was charged $49.95., Called again to cancel and request refund. Was told I would receive refund in 2-5 business days. That was in November today is January 7, 2017 and not only do I not have my refund, but they have charged my credit card $29.95 on 12/5/16, $49.95 on 12/3/2016 and $49.95 on 12/1/2016. Contacted them at 1-855-331-9531 on 12/3, and was told by the escalations dept that the request for refund 'process' was just 'submitted' and to expect my refund in 3 business days. I called back on 12/20 and was told the refund 'process' just completed it's final phase; should have refund in 3-5 days. Called 1/7/17 and was told my refund was just sent to my cc and to give the system 2-3 hrs to update. It has now been 4 hours - guess what......NO REFUND. Now it's time for my attorney to deal with them. I have reported them to BBB as scammers and to all 3 credit bureaus as practicing in fraudulent withdrawals.

Fraudulent charges to credit card from GLD My Score

We were also a target of this fraud. Had no idea what this was for. $29.95 was charged to a credit card and the credit card was then compromised and canceled. Never even signed up for this.

Thanks for posting this information. They canceled the account we never set up and we received a confirmation # and said they would refund the money. We will see if they refund the money.

Fraudulent charges

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT SINCE APRIL OF LAST YEAR. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT, WHEN OR WHY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I DEMANDED TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT ASAP. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY I TALKED TO SAID I WILL BE RECEIVED A CREDIT ON MY CAPITAL CREDIT CARD WITH 3-5 DAYS. HE ALSO TOLD ME THERE WERE ONLY 3 CHARGES (JAN 2017, DEC AND NOV 2016), LAST THREE MONTHS. TODAY, I FOUND OUT FROM MY CAPITAL ONE ACCOUNT, THERE WERE 11 CHARGES SINCE APRIL OF 2016. I ASKED FOR ALL CHARGES TO BE CREDITED AND TO CLOSED THIS ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!!!

AGAIN, I NEVER ASKED FOR THIS SERVICE LET ALONE AGREE TO HAVE MY ACCOUNT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED EVERY MONTH SINCE APRIL 2016.

Horrible Horrible Company

I had 2 charges on my credit card from this website, I called there customer service originally on March 23,2017 and my membership that I never knowingly signed up for was cancelled and I was told by a "supervisor" that I would be receiving a credit back to my credit card for the charges.
I called again on 03/30 for a status and was told it was processed that day.
On 04/08 when the credit had not been credited back to my card yet I called again and was told it was already, processed and I should see it in 2-3 days.
On 4/12 I placed another call, explained how frustrated I was and gave a detailed account of the process so far. Rep was absolutely no help, had no information, refused to transfer me to supervisor.
On 04/22 I called again, very upset, spoke to a rep that at least knew how to speak to people and he explained that all the information I received up to that point was incorrect, apologized and said the refund had not even been submitted for approval, and he had no explanation for this but promised to take care of it right away and it should be processed within 7 - 14 days.
Today is 05/03, not quite 14 days yet (about 4 more days), but nothing yet.
I can tell you that this company is horrible, the reps lie, don't seem to be educated in the company procedures, or maybe they are and just taught to lie. Not sure what's going on there but be warned....please don't waste your money with this company, don't support the bad company. Please share your horrible experience if you have one. Maybe something can and will be done to make sure this company cannot keep getting away with this.

So, got a 7 day membership trial through clickmyscore.com on day 6 I was charged through gldscr.com. Called clickmyscore and they said they had no idea bc they didn't charge me. Tracked down goldscore for an answer and refund. Got a man on the phone from Idaho with a shitty ass attitude telling me that I'm wrong. We went back and forth for about 10 minutes. He actually sat there and took me through "policy" which took about 10 additional minutes just to be an ass. I learned my lesson. Total and utter disappointment. Rip off if I've ever seen one.

Tried to check my credit score for loan i was only to pay 1$ they hit me with 39.90 an now i broke an they eont refund it thats bs...monday im going to my bank to file a paper to get money back....stay away from that site people not worth the time

So I'm very Pisst I'm a single mother of my first baby, I dropped out of Famu to be a full time Mom because of my son's heart condition, I been trying to get this place to stop charging my card 49.95 I don't have it in struggling so bad as it is, then to make matters worse I have Insight it's way in Cal I'm in Fl at the moment, and I get a 1monthly fee and I call over and over I have no clue who these people are and never signed and very up set because this was my first Christmas with my son and they ruined it I mean charged me back to back twick in the last three months I'm confused what do ibdoninneed help!!!!

I , like most of you guys had signed up for a 7 day free trial deal on " clickmyscore.com" and found it wasn't what I wanted and cancelled my script before the 7 days were up! The last day of the month got caught off guard by a $29.95 charge on credit card described as this 3GLDSCR.COM accompanied by a phone number which I called requesting the reason they took money from me, upon finding out they were contracted by click my score to obtain their payments, I demanded they return my money due to the company was given a cancellation notice before the end of the trial date so there is NO money owed them, they agreed to refund to my card and no further charges would be taken from this account, then asked how I got their number which I informed them it was on my CC info right along with their name and amt y'all were trying to rob from my account!
Anyway, they credited back my account right away and hadn't had any further trouble from them until today, 3 months later I'm surprised by another $29.95 removed by 3GLDSCR.COM from out if the blue! Can't go back to sleep, sitting up waiting til their support center opens up at 9am so I can do this all over again except I'm more mad and not going to be as nice! I'll have to threaten that if they touch my account again after this I'll drive up to wherever they are to personally make sure they remember, and make another complaint to BBB, THEN ILL CHANGE MY CARD and see if they can steal from a discontinued card acct.
I really hate that it's come to where companies get away with ripping people off in America ! Makes you ashamed to live here.

I’ve have called them for the last freakin time!!! And but because this one woman didn’t do her job after I clearly told her I DO NOT WANT YOUR FREE MONTH!! They tried to tell me I accepted and they charged me the 9.95!!! And they won’t refund me because apparently that woman said I accepted I clearly stated to that idiot I DO NOT WANT NOTHING ELSE TO COME OUT OF MY BANK!! (Of course she didn’t speak English let alone understand it) 🤬😡 ugh don’t trust this bullcrap it’ll save you the hassle the most ignorant thing I’ve ever done I hope they get shut down!!!

Wow after reading all of these reviews i see that i am not the only one who is being hacked by this company!!! I never signed up for the service nor did I authorize these charges to come.out of my credit card!!! This is total fraud. I called them and they have not record of my membership. They asked for my name phone number email address, and zip code! When they could not.locate the membership they requested my credit card number!!! I totally refused!!!RED FLAG!!!!! I called my cc company back and they are going to close the account and issue new cc and new acccount number as well as file a fraud case against the company!!! This.has never happened to me.before!! BEYOND PISSED.
