Fraud!!!

This company has told nothing but lies! It was supposed to only charge me $1 to check my score for a one time credit check and a couple of weeks later took $29.95 out of my bank account without my permission!! I've called this business over 5 times and I am also transferred to someone else for asking a simple question like where is my refund you promised? They told me that it will be 3-5 business days until it's in my account and they literally say the same thing every time I have called. This happened on Feb. 16 and it is now March 16 and I am STILL waiting on my "refund"! It's only $29.95 but it's the fact that they said they would put it back in my account and they continue to LIE week after week!
