Received a text message from gigats. When I called them I spoke to a guy named Will. He said that it would take approximately 30 minutes of my time in order to go through the process.

I asked Will who is responsible to pay for the gigats services. I had to rephrase my question several times before I got an answer. Will finally said that it was the employer who paid for this service. The phone conversation when downhill from then on. He said that he will be sending me an email where I can apply online for similar positions. I told him that I was confused because the text message said that it was a "reminder of our call about the Membership Assistant position at 11:30 AM" and I assumed that we would be discussing the Membership Assistant position. He basically said that this was not his attention today. After only 7 minutes the call ended. I do not respect this company. I feel it is a "bait and switch" scam and I would not recommend gigats to anyone. Louise R. from Hollywood, FL
