The file of complaints on this lady is a mile long and she has screwed so many people out of money and their savings and then she blames them when her "holistic" approach doesn't work - by the way - she caght drinking in her own rehab facility - fact and documented.

You and Mina who suffers from psychosis and apparently has not gotten well yet, nor will provide my lawyer an address to take her slanderous untrue comments down (if they were true, what is the problem with me seeking legal action) are both responsible for damages. I have your address so you will be hearing from my lawyer. And yes, I do have an email from Ben that will prove damages that you are responsible for. Your comments regarding me drinking at my clinic are heresy and untrue as well. You were not there. I have never drank at my clinic. I, on the other hand, have all documents to prove that we provided all services we were hired to provide. You were the one that quit - your doctor even approved my treatment for you! and i have proof of that as well!
Next step is lawyer - Mina, you as well. You obviously will not stop until you and unfortunately your legal caretakers are sued because that is who has to pay for your acts of defamation.

We will simply go for triple damages - you lied when I went under contact with you and said you had a facility but it was full - it was never even built (Malibu). The consititues interstate wire fraud. As far as Ben - I said in my opnion - he needed someone who was close to him and not 3, 000 miles away. My doctor never "approved" - he just thought we were out of options. As far as your drinking - you even put it in writing to me - want a copy of the email you admitted it? I think you are dulusional and are hurting for business becuase you don't provide real help - people become desperate and you feed off that. I was willing to let this drop as felony charges could have been filed - If you want to sue - many people will be call to testify including your employees in Costa Rica who have shared many of things that transpired.

For all those out there reading this - I feel compleled now that Genita is saying she is sueing me for slander to get the facts out. I made the mistake of not checking her references but my story has been a long journey to safely get off benzos - a drug I have never abused. Holistic alternatives kept being mentioned and seem to have some merit. I paid $300 for a phone consultation to try to understand if her approach made sense. The plan was to start as an outpatient and finish as an inpatient in her facility in Malibu which in writing said was full (to this day I'm not sure it has ever been built) That alone consititutes interstate wire fraud as she lied about her program and what was available. (American Express agreed it was fraud and reversed the charges for the consultation). However - I did wire $4, 000 and after her holistic cocktails didn't work - actually made me worse - I asked for a refund which she denied. I then start researching and found countless patients who had had the same experience or even worse at her facility in Costa Rica. I talked muttiple times to her former partner when they were located in San Francisco (and were denied a permit to continue business. These are all facts - you can google it and find it yourself. I also made contact with mutiple patients who were trying to get their money back and or find help elsewhere. Slander and liable by the First Ammendment implies I have made false acquisations to harm Green Health and Genita in particular. If sued - many of those contacts, partners and employees will be supoenaned to testify - point being - liable implies I have lied which I have not. If her business has been hurt becuase of my true statements - it is no different than saying don't eat at Joe's restaurant becuase the food is bad. However - this is not about a bad meal - this is abut human lives and people giving away their lifes savings with the hope, faith and trust of an "authority". I do ppray for anyone who has been wrongly prescribed a medication like a benzo - and the desperation you feel to get off them and get your life back. I honestly don't know if Genita has helped anyone get off benzos or helped with protracted symptoms - I have asked for references and recived none. That's not to say she hasn't - I just haven't heard of any and all I do hear (and from her former associates) that there is a common theme here. So - I actually would look forward to a suit as she has commited a felony in interstate fraud - taking money under false statements about her facilities (Malibu) and we would subpena her patients, partners, employees and get the truth on the table for all to see. I don't want to harm anyone - I work every day to rebuild my life but I will speak factually and truthfully when asked and that seems to be the basis of her complaints. I am the one out $4, 000 with nothing to show for it but lost time.

I just find it interesting she choses this forum when she won't return phone calls, certified letters and personal emails. I'm like mnay people who just want to get well - she wants to hide from the facts - notice she has not denied that we had a contactual agreement to start out patient and finish inpatient and yet that facility didn't even exist at the time. I NEVER would have started down the path with her if I just known that fact alone. By law - misrepresentation of facts for goods and services (medical or otherwise) and collection of moeny via wire transfer consitutes wire fraud. The stories of so many of her other patients that have emailed me are so sad - I just hope they fouud the right medical resources to help them as I have. She knows her old partner Lyle Murphy along with the staff in Costa Rica have factual documentation of her actions. All of that will come out in court. I was willing to drop this and focus on forgiving, forgetting and getting well. She is now setting the stage for harassment - would love for her to provide 3 successful references - heck - would settle for one. I just talked to the Ben she mention above - he will testify against her - not for her and luckily he found the right doctors to help him and is doing well.

I totally agree with Kirby1...Genita Petralli is a con artist who will use threats and lies when the ugly truth about her unprofessional "holistic services" are revealed. Kirby1- if you need my email I can provide it for you and am more than willing to testify as well. By the way, Petralli keeps saying she is going to sue me BUT this is just a bluff. She is trying to intimidate you- so ignore her and carry on.

If anyone is reading this... please note that Nutella, Ragon, and mental health human rights are all the same person. Mina Jain, who will not provide an address so that we may seek legal restitution for slander (for one, i've never claimed to cure mental illness -and all the other lies about our life saving organization). So now we must pay lawyers to find her, as well as go through her father and mother and bother them to get her under control as they will be the ones that have to pay for her conduct if they are her legal custodians due to her condition. She slipped through our filters at Shangri-La (as we do not allow violent psychotics at our retreat), and when she stopped all meds and our help cold turkey without even telling us because her father had paid for her to stay another month (because she was doing so well) and she wanted to go home thinking she was cured, she did indeed slide down very quickly. And yes, after chasing my chef around with a butcher knife in the kitchen and threatening to kill my treatment coordinator, we did have to make arrangements acting according the law, to get her to a safe place - a psychiatric care ward. Also, we were never shut down. We closed because we found out that we were in a residential area and could not operate a business there. We reopened in Naranjo. We were never shut down by authorities. And we never violated any laws in Costa Rica - not one. Our organization has saved thousands of lives. Please review all the testimonials and if you like you may call for references and talk to former patients about what we have done for them.

Well this has made for interestng reading and did anyone notice she never denied my initial claims that she told me in writing that her Malibu facility was full - I still don't think it exists. Did you ever open a facility in Malibu? You have $4, 000 dollars of my money for which I recieved maybe $200 worth of supplements. So - the first question any judge will ask is did you or did you not have a facility in Malibu at the time you and I contracted for services as you claimed on a public Website and told me in was full until April. That is a yes or no answer - if the answer is no - you committed fraud - money was wired on that pretense. All of this is saved in writing - do you deny any of it? Ask your attorney. I was willing to setlle for just giving me half of that back - bring on the legal action becuase I think the line of people who will testify about you and your practice is pretty long and they include some very reputible people. Again though - did you or did you not have an open, licensed facility in Malibu at the time you laid out our plan (outpatient for 6 weeks - inpatient for 4). You said we couldn't do inpatient first as you were booked "through April 18th". Does this facility exist now?

I will not be blackmailed by you. You recieved all services we contracted for. You quit the program just days into it after your doctor cleared my protocol for you - i have that email. And yes, we had a facility in the malibu area and we booked people in as we got the numbers. Since we never received a deposit for in-patient entry we were never obligated to provide you space there. In fact, you said you would wait to see how you did on the outpatient program before making the financial commitment for in-patient.
You are trying to discredit me because i wouldn't give you money back that my staff had earned fulfilling services to you.
Anyone reviewing our progam and facility should call us for full details regarding these slanderous posts. We have our own documentation showing that we fulfilled all services. We will also be more than happy to provide references and many former patients that would be more than happy to share their experience with us with you. They saved their own quality of life using our program and many want to help others to do the same. You can't take what a couple people said that quit the program over the thousands that we have helped over 15 years helping others achieve their health goals. Both of these people were quitters and we even tried to continue helping them, urging them not to quit because we actually cared.
Again, call us and we'll set it straight. You owe it to yourself - we are the best of the best!

BTW - Paul your comment was hillarious - any good lawyer will tell you to prove slander the statements have to be false. What part of my factual statements on the sequence of events are not true? You provided misleading information on a public website and to me via email and phone conversations all of which constitute fraud and breach of contract.

I think you have done a good enough job of discrediting yourself via your posts and references from other people. There is no attempt for blackmail - funny - why did American Express side with me on just the consultation fee? For everyone here - please give us the exact physical address of your Malibu facility. You have a pretty picture that you claim (in public domain) of the view from your facility over looking the Ocean. You didn't earn anything - BTW it was $4, 400 that was wired and I recieved $200 worth of supplements before any tests were even run. You are not a medical doctor. Also - for those reading - what is the California State license number under which you operate your Malibu facility? That license for an inpatient facility must be filed with the state as a drug detox facility and meet California law. I'm not saying that it doesn't but just looking for facts vs your now slanderous and false aquisations against me.

I will provide anyone who contacts us an email from Eric (above) stating that he got more than his money's worth from our phone consultation that Amex credited him for. We could have fought it, but decided not to as to try and move forward. Eric suffers a lot and refuses to take responsibility. He received consultations, Targeted Nutritional Therapies revised many times for his unique needs, email support from my staff, supplement and all program materials. We fulfilled all the responsibilities we contracted to do. In fact, it was agreed that his doctor would run the tests since I was working with his doctor on his program due to his condition - as we do will all people in such condition.
Eric, we moved our facility - Malibu was way too expensive for our prices. We like to focus funds on patient care not real estate.

We are not a rehab and never claimed to be so. We are an organic health spa that renews and revitalizes the body so that it may heal - we make no claims to cure mental illness. However, you are more than welcome to speak to former clients that came to us to heal and did so - and had a great time in the process!
The person that filed this complaint did so in an attempt to get money back for which we provided per our agreement. He is attempting to blackmail us into doing so. If anyone really believes that i cheated this person, i will be more than happy to provide proof that we performed all the services we were contracted to. We have never cheated anyone. We truly seek to help people. No one is getting rich here - the job satisfaction is what keeps us going! At the time of our contract - what was the address of your Malibu facility and where is the current one. Under what California license do you operate a drug detox center and why do you still publicly show on your Website that beautiful view of the ocean from your facility. Or is it possible that picture was never taken from your facility and that too would consitute fraud. I take full responsibility for not doing my due diliegence in researching your credentials. You never worked with my doctor - he looked at it and thought we had nothing to lose (but money) He too (a Johns Hopkins graduate) will gladly testify to that end. So - please stick to facts. What was the physical address of your Malibu facility where the picture was taken and advertised as a view from your facility (on public domain). What California drug detox license were you working under then and now? These are all statements (and questions) of fact which you don't answer. Oh - Where in New Mexico are you licensed as a drug treatment center as they don't seem to have a record of that?

I have a lucrative business plan, world class team, investors and the connections to fill the beds- now all I need is a partner (33.333%) to provide the Villa. In addition to the 1/3 partnership quarterly payout, 3, 000.00 monthly will be paid to the owner per patient, of which the property manager that arranges a meeting between me and their client that ends in the partnership I’m looking for will receive their percentage that they usually would for renting it. We have decided that it is in our best interest to have a lawyer contact Eric for his slanderous statements on these posts - such as we have committed fraud etc.. We exhausted ourselves back in February working with him and then demonstrating to him that we had fulfilled our commitment to him - ergo; provided the services we were contracted to do.
