I was with my good friend and neighbor, have been close friends all our lives. She is breast cancer survivor patient and is always trying
to find a comfortable bra. She had bought a box of the ah bra and like but had also like the looks of the genie bra with the pads which
in the stores that is what is offered, 2 bras with pads for $19.99. But went to web site showed a good offer but the web site was not real informative concerning the pads whether they were included in the bras. Well I called the number listed on the website and started to
order. I ask the sales rep about the pads if they were in the bras, she said I can find out when I get to the apropriate question on the order screen. Well went through each process, she got the name, address, phone number and even the credit card information and the bra size, then was told the price of the special 3 sets of bras and it would be extra for the pads. Well I cancel the order . I told the rep that is was not right that they had the bras in the stores with pads but only had sizes up to xl-1x did not have 2x. With ordering over the phone the prize would have been 2 bras for almost $23 which with the 6 bra special would have been been close to $80 to $85 dollars. I know regular bras are costly. But it is not a good business to offer one thing in store and another on the web site. In my opinion this is false advertising. It is a same you have a product that could potentially be a terrific product. But with the poor sales pitch and advertising, it is not worth the hassle, especially with bad comments made by past customers. Breast cancer patient have a hard time finding things that fit. There are a lot of them out there that probably looking for something good to wear like this genie bra. But can't afford the cost or the stress of the service they would receive. I DISAGREE. I AM VERY SMALL BREASTED. I LIKE THE BRAS BUT THERE ARE A COUPLE OF IMPROVEMENTS I WOULD LIKE TO SEE.
1- UNDER THE ARMS THE MATERIAL IS TO HIGH. THERE SHOULD BE A CURVE IN THE MATERIAL UNDER THE ARMS, LIKE A U-SHAPE SO IT WON'T BE TO HIGH AND SHOW WHEN YOU HAVE ON A SLEEVLESS BLOUSE.
2- THE STRAPS ABOVE THE CUP ARE TOO WIDE. THEY GO ALLTHE WAY OUT TO WHERE THE CURVE OF THE ARM IS AND CAUSES A LITTLE IRRATION.
3- I THINK THE PAD SHOULD BE INCLUDED.
IF THESE INPROVEMENTS ARE MADE I CERTAINLY WILL REORDER.
YOU CAN'T PLEASE EVERYBODY BUT WITH A FEW GOOD SUGGESTIONS I KNOW YOU WILL WORK TO MAKE THESE IMPROVEMENTS. WHEN YOU DO PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO I CAN ORDER AGAIN.

I had considered buying the Genie Bra after listening to the very assuring commercials, however, after reading some of these comments I have opted against ordering one. Like my Mother use to say, "If its too good to be true, it probably is."

the geniebra is another bullshit ad to get woman to but it.they have no support at all .i had ordered on a web site and thought that it was U.S.A site but it turns out they were sent from bloody hongkong.watch out ladies for this web site.

Well I read all the complaints on here and decided not to go with the company website. Your all correct, the shipping charges are way outta line. Ok but I still wanted to try them, Soooo I went into Walgreen, ya the drug store. Ok so I needed a few other things also.I spent just enough to get free shipping. They sell them two in a pkg for $19.99, with the inserts, no white, just black, and nude. I got the size I'm suppose to wear normally. They are tight, like really tight. I was falling out over the top, and basically had a uni-boob, I used to have two, now I have one. Ok so anyway I forced myself to wear it all week. It does stretch out a bit. Didn't put them in the dryer either, last thing I need is for it to shrink!

As most of the Genie Bra Buyers already know, the product is garbage. I will never wear them because they do not fit as promised. They were expensive as well. Having said that, I was furious when I got a call the other day stating that the company knew it was an inferior product and for fifty dollars they wouild send me the "good" ones. But there would be no shipping and handling charge. They got that when I ordered the first bras, and then some! It was difficult to even understand what the sales person was saying as she is in some other country. Never order these!

Just received my Genie Bras and have to say I'm not happy. The front band is rolling up and it's riding up under my armpits...so sad. I was hoping this would finally be a bra that really fits well. And I bought the correct size, 36D/1X so there's no excuse. Don't waste your money.

Confirmation call to recieve $50 Walmart Card
Wish I had read this site first. I received a size too small, and had to return them, which they did handle that quickly. But I too was scammed. The bras are horrible for full-breasted women, able to wear them around the house as support, but would never wear them out as they minimize my size. BUT what really makes me mad is the fraud of the stupid magazines and the Walmart cards. I'm getting the magazines at a monthly charge of $30/month coming out of my account, but have yet to see the Walmart cards. Am so angry! Best idea, go to One Hanes Place online, they have Bali bras on sale OFTEN. They even have some in the clearance section. If they have the larger sizes, they DO support and shape you properly. Never going to wander again!

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS OVERSEAS BULLSHIT COMPANY ...i have been trying to return the original order since Sept 2011. The"man" whom I spoke with said once I returned the first order, he would then send out another size for me to try. However, I was sent yet ANOTHER order & charged ANOTHER $98. They sent me an email attachmt for the Return Label (which you cannot return w/o this lable, or they will say they never received your return..and you will keep the charge on your card..)
The email was corrupt & wasn't able to open it. I opened it at my work computer, and it had to be swept as it contained viruses...as you can imagine I was embarassed as a company wide sweep had to be initiated because of Genie Bra's fake attachmt. I called told them. I was sent another email attachment. Again, corrupt. I called again &told them I demanded they physically send me the Return Label or they could Fax me the Return Label. I was sent yet another emailed attachment..again corrupt.
It is not March 2012... I have submitted a dispute with Capital One to have the charges for both orders which total almost $200 with the shipping. The BS Company had the nerve to submit their "LIST" of all my calls with notes stating BS like, MAILED RETURN LABEL...but nothing of any of MY COMPLAINTS OF THE MERCHANDISE OR THAT THEIR ATTACHMENTS WERE CORRUPT NOR ANYTHING THAT STATES THEY SENT ONLY EMAILS, IT LOOKS LIKE THEY "SENT" ME A PHYSICAL RETURN LABEL.
The charges were returned to my Capital One card & Now I have to reply with "EVIDENCE" what happened.

I ordered a bra from this company back in February. It did not fit, so I sent it back and requested another one in the same style but in a larger size. That one did not fit, so I had to send it back. I have not received any bra refund at all. This is ridiculous. The woman said they did not get the bras back. How is that MY problem? It was sent through the United States Postal Office. Isn't it up to them or this company to follow through on this order? When I called the company, the woman was difficult to understand. She said they did not receive the bras. So now I am wondering what can I do? Sue them? For a $14.99 bra? Right. Very frustrating situation that I am trying to straighten up.
