Poor Quality
I agree with all the compliants..I dont buy the tabacco because it is to expensive.But i do use the tubes..But i wont buy anymore tubes because 4 out of every ten i use tear or blow out.And as far as the couppons, they are worthles.The tobacco shops here in Oklahoma wont honer the coupons.From now on i will buy a different brand of tubes.I know one person wont break the compnay but everything you guys sell is way to high.20 bucks here for 6 ounces as compared to other brands that range from 16 to 20 dollars per 1 pound bag..

gambler tubes are to small
We buy your products, been buying for years, have a box tubes that are to small to fit on roller.My husband thinks this is unexceptible, as the store will not take them back because they are opened! Thank you [email protected].

Moldy Gambler cigars
In the past month I have found mold on many packs of the Gambler Gold 100's cigars. Fortunately I have been able to take them back to the store and open the packs they replaced, checking for mold before taking them. I buy 5 packs at a time and have had to take back 5 packs 2 times so far. I believe this needs to be checked out at the facility where they are made, seems like there is a moisture problem. Thank you

Tobacco being too dry to use machine
New bags being so dry when put in any macine to use with tubes it jams the machines. When you do get one rolled the ashes fall off when you take a drag so you get burnt by them. I have used for sometime now and am,looking at oyher tobaccod to use now. Bring back decent tobacco or you will lose alot of customers.

I smoked Gambler gold for about 10 years now, I've had issues with the pipe tobacco being to dry, many many stems and sometimes I find twine in it. I'm not very happy with the product lately. I can only hope that product will improve before I have to switch to another brand.

Dry/Full of stema
We have purchased Gambler Gold for over a year. I started noticing a problem about 4 months ago. The tobacco was drier than previous bags & had larger leaves plus more sticks. We put it off as a bad batch, the next few bags were a little better. But the last 2 bags were terrible, the one we are trying to use now. The product is almost unusable it is so full of sticks and dry. I have had more shake and sticks in each these 2 bags then I did the first 6 months worth of tobacco. I have almost 1/4 of a bag here that is difficult to prepare or smoke. The flavor has also not as smooth as before, it is dry and almost musty/dirty tasting. Please contact me so that we can resolve this issue.
