Dog in patient exam rooms. She will not help you with paperwork, refills (even for long standing scripts) or anything else for that matter without you seeing her and charging you $65-85 (depending in her mood). They rarely return calls, even in emergencies. She prescribes medicine without fully understanding the interactions it has with other drugs. She prescribes psychiatric medications without even having an understanding of the disorder she is prescribing the medication for. After I told her I needed my medical records because I was finding a new doctor, she wrote a letter "discharging me" from her office, which I found extremely unprofessional and immature. She talk about herself, camping, her kids, and eveything BUT what you are being seen for until the very last 10 minutes of an hour long conversation. She is in it fot the money and has no compassion for people whatsoever. She likes to hear herself talk, is unprofessional, unsanitary, uncooperative and rude. The receptionist is also very rude and acts as if you are annoying her with your problems or necessaties. Avoid this crooked FNP and her receptionist at all costs.
