Hardees workers want Carl JR. BACK!!!!!!!!
I went in to the hardee's in rantoul and orders a little thick Berger. It took 30 minutes to get it and it was cold and very messy. The people there were vary rude. The store was very unorganized and the place was durty.

I personally think since Hardees around my area has gone franchise it has gone down hill. I know people that work for this company and they are constantly bouncing payroll checks. GM's get all these bonuses for sitting on their butts and doing absolutely nothing, while the shift leaders and crew do ALL the hard work to get their stores where they need to be and get nothing for it!! I know a lot of shift leaders dont make much more than minimum wage yet have all the duties of a regular manager. That is not right! It is no wonder your employees dont want to work for you and you get alot of costumer complaints!! Why should they put their all in when they dont get any rewards or anything from it! Heck they cant even guarantee they will get a paycheck from you!! Come on people open your eyes and start treating your employees and costumers better and you might actually get the business to pay your crew!

Air Conditioning
I have went to Hardees every morning for the last coffee for 2 years and the air conditioning has been on the fritz for approximately the last 4 weeks, as a customer I have seen a decline in your business. As a owner of the business I feel that if you want to keep the restaurant open it would be in your best interest to get this item fixed immediately. Oh an by the way as of tomorrow Burger King is getting my business, if I want to sweat while eating I might just as well go to any drive up window and go to the park and sit in the sun in 92 degree heat and be just as comfortable.
