Fraud and cheating
I have had Frontier's bundle plan for seven months now and have had nothing but problems with this company. Worst one I have ever had to deal with. The billing changes from what you understood it would be. You get told to update to a better plan for a little more money to correct some of your problems and you still get the same run-a-round. You can not talk to anyone in higher management to discuss your issues. I have spent hours and hours on the phone, mostly on hold, trying to get billing, internet service, or telephone problems straightened out.
I wish I had never contacted Frontier Communications to start with. I have filled a complaint with the Utilities commission in North Carolina because of these issues. I would like them out of my life so I can enjoy my retirement and get off of the phone.
If you know what else I can do in dealing with these crooks, please let me know.

Frontier Phone Service Issues
I have complained to my state AG office they say they cant make them resolve my complaint. So I am taking them to small claims court for their "creative" billing. And lies. What is PSC? And why doesnt my AG know their are complaints just like mine all over the country and already have a class acion law suite filed against such a horrible company?

lost my ACH payments
Frontier lost my electronic payment, too. Customer service was mostly nice but really horrible at "service". After providing the amount, date the payment cleared, and last four digits of my checking account I was asked to fax proof of payment so a "payment investigation" could be started. Wow. Seriously?!? Trying to cancel service was really frustrating... I'm not even sure it's been canceled even though I could not have been more clear. Maybe my bank can block future transactions from Frontier.

Slow internet
My internet speed is not as fast as they promised it would be. The speed should be around 3 Mbps, however it is slower than that. But still I am paying a lot of money for a bad service. I complained to the company, but nothing works.
If there is someone with the exact problem – please contact me.

poor connection, no service
Worst internet Services provider ever! Tried to use their services but I always had problems with the connection and they never did anything about it. They just ignore all customer complaints and don't want to care about them while you paying. Beware of this company and don't use their services!

To cancel the contract have to pay $300
My contract with this company was suppose to ended in December last year, however, when I called them a few weeks back, they said that they signed me up for another two years of their services, because I did not call on time and cancelled my account. Now in order to cancel the contract I have to pay them $300.00. That’s not fair!

classical bait and switch, beware!
v is just another scam company! i become their customer before Christmas and they gave me their gift card for $300 but when I tried to use it they said that it is not valid and never explained me why. I used their services more than two months and I am not satisfied with them - they are not high quality as they promised to me. Beware and better stay away from this fraud!
