Unauthorized charge
Yep, just got a $75 charge for a product that I didn't order. "Free" sample, yeah right. And the product gave me terrible headaches on top of it. This is a shady way to do business and it's really tacky. Big thumbs down for force factor and to GNC for still knowingly putting up with this company that sells on their website WITH the knowledge they practice business this way (according to the GNC customer service rep I just spoke to). She was happy to give me the force factor number though because apparently there have been quite a few upset customers with the same charges to their credit cards

We have tried many times to call 877-492-7243 and its always busy and have no other way to contact you. Is there any problem with the phone or number?
My husband is deployed and I have received about 7 packages of the pills that I don't need and the $74.98 bill came every month. I want to return them and stop or cancel the order until my husband return.
Is there is any other way we can contact Force Factor people????

FORCE FACTOR has billed my account for $74.98 cents . How do I stop this ? I do not want the product sent. want to stop or cancel the order. Please stop this practice. Please contac me at my e-mail: [email protected] I think someone is trying to pool a fast one.
