Rude customer service once services declined

Whew! Just had my appointment and towards the end once I declined the service that went from 8200 to 3500 the guy Austin was very nasty. He was so nice in the beginning and then neglected to give me my gift card. The presentation is ridiculous. I was told my water would be tested then a simple six questionnaire would be completed. Um no. This took up damn near two hours of my time and alof of water wasted with no gift card. I'm pissed
