overcharged for cheap details

I hired Florida State Roof System for replacing my roof which was old and damaged. I paid them extra for high quality materials but actually during the replacement they used items which were cheap and unwanted. I complained about it to their manager who refused me in a help. I tried to get a partial refund from them for these details but I was ignored. The services which they provided were good but I didn't like these lies.
