bad customer care services

I've ordered a redmi 2 through flipkart.
Received it on 25-7-2015, it's not even been a month and my isn't working any more. It's still in warranty. The set starts heating up when I try to start it. Due to the risk of it being overheated and explode I didn't started it again. I call customer care and told them about the issue. I called them on 18-8-2015 they told me that they will call me on 19-8-2015 around 4:30 p.m, we didn't received any call on 19-8-2015 so i called them again, they said they have forwarded my compliment and I will get a phone call on 20-8-2015 around 11:42, again I received no call from them. When I called them, they gave me another time for tomorrow I.e 21-8-2015 aroUnd 11:10.
Very poor service I must say.
I'm not going to shop again from flipkart.
Either I want refund or you replace my order ASAP.
