I represent Flashloaded and this request was not made by us. We never ask for any scanned forms of ID. This customer purchased a template through a site of which we are an affiliate. We do not sell these templates and we do not collect any payment for them ourselves, we are merely referrals. The template company has their own measures of fraud protection, so they may have requested this, but we certainly do not request any info such as this.
