another internet scam
This company used to buy old phones so I send them mine. All what I got was the confirmation, that they received my phone but they never send me money for it. This is a scam, avoid and be careful!

Zero Customer Service
Sent my phone to be flashed, took 3 weeks, they were surprised when asked but never offered an explaination. After 2 weeks Internet (data) stopped working so called and after 2 calls (no answer) and a message through their website I finally got a remote repair which fixed the problem for 2 weeks then the same problem.... called at least 6 times, emailed almost everyday, and messaged numerous times over the course of 3 weeks and finally got a email response to a IM saying "this was the first message we recieved". Gave me an "appointment time" to log in and remote fix again and they failed to show up.... no email, call, etc. I called & emailed multiple times for an hour while I patiently (well not that patiently since I'm completly fedup with Tom).
Went with this company specifically due to their youtube video about Scammers.... ironic! So I've made it a mission to let anyone who is considering them to forget it. Since it's 45 days past when I purchased on Paypal I've lost the ability to file a chargeback too!
Don't use them, your better off going to some guy in a back alley at least you'll know where that guy is when you need help. Or better yet just use a regular commercial service: Virgin Mobile, Walmart, etc for pay as you go.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! I don't know if they intentionally scam people but, after several weeks, I have given up and am asking PayPal to refund my money. I think that business is probably just a guy doing it on the side for extra cash. I say that because a real business would not have such incredibly poor customer service... and still stay in business. That is probably the real reason he refuses to make his actual business address public. People would be knocking on his door asking for their money back.
