Sometime a year ago i went to randfontein fitstop gym for the enquiries about their servicec, i met a training consultant callde Ronnie, he advertised a special they had that time, he made me fill certain forms, i told him i dont want to join now, i will phone to tell you to process my application.He prosseced it without my go ahead, then the gym started debiting money from my account, i stoped it through bank, i dont even have a membership number but they have been debiting, i stopped i.i went to the gym and met the manager there he said i must pay him to clear this matter.every month i have to reverse an unauthorised payment to fistop from my account.please help. in 2011 i went to randfontein fitstop gym, i met a training consultant and he told me about a special they had at that time, he made me fill a form because my son was interested in the special. i have told them that i havent gor my bank details with me, he then told me that i can use my sons bankking details. i have told him that he musnt proces my aplication form and that i will contact them after i have spoken to my son. he proseced it without my consent and they start debiting my bank account. i havent got a membership number or annything that say i am a member of the gym. every month my son must reverse the payment. my sone is loosing money because the gym personell is untruthull. now my sun is black listed for R19619. please help.
