I signed up last year and I noticed many bad incidents at Fitness first. Different sales staff offer varying discounts to potential customer. As the sale is done around customer it is apparent they try to scam customers. After a few observations you will realise you could have gotten a better deal,

Next the facilities even for their 2yr old club at 100AM is very dirty eg steam room they wear footwear worn into adjacent toilets. Towels reeking of bleach. Hotel swimming pool has many China airlines cabin crew and China tourist families whose children jump into pools and misbehave. FF had pitched it's a business class hotel. A

Trainer session only valid 60 days but as mentioned earlier you can strike private deal with sales staff who made exception for me if I signed up I could use within the one year. Unlike other spas who call you to book appointments here is opposite. Nobody bothers after you sign up. After the 60 days is over you are told the sales not allowed to extend and no comments indicated. As to the assigned trainer, Imran supposed to be a manager and trainer will avoid to discuss the matter instead making of with whatever was the proceeds he got bring my trainer and telling the management that validity period is over and too bad it was not utilized. Sales staff Mike also mysteriously vanish and do not take calls anymore.
