it is possible to file a complaint in central bank of uae against the bank. u can do it online. fgb collection agents are mother fuckers. especially one named rajeev he is a super mother fucker..

I have a credit card with first gulf bank these guys are calling again and again i am unable to make the payments and im into alot of stress they just keep demanding they are really abusive and thetening I just dont know how to make them understand that I really dont have money to pay these guys since my salary is really not sufficient to pay the bills I just wanna know wht can i do in order to get this sorted out when I ask them for a payment plan they are not interested in giving me a payment plan im just going crazy and into alot of stress I wanna know will this guys put me in the jail can they take any legal action on me please let me know wht i can do in order to get this sorted out please send me an email regarding the same on swtz20@gmail.com this will really be a great help pleaseeeeeeeee.

I am a jobless nurse who was terminated from my work for 6 months now and my wife is forced to shoulder our expenses, however she can only do too much, and my wife has been paying her first gulf credit card, although due to some delays in our finances and she just delivered our daughter we were trying to make ends meet. Her payments come in delayed but she makes sure that she is answering the collectors and pay what is demanded from her. On January 13 at 12 noon while she was busy working, CID agents came to pick her up in her office like a criminal. To her surprise she found out that First Gulf Bank filed a criminal case against her, just the week prior to that she was called by a collector and the dick head did not even bothered telling her that there was already a case against her. Why would they file a case wherein the customer is meeting their demands??? This is really weird that banks can easily use the police as harassment tool to collect the amount that the banks are demanding... Our baby has allergy to milk formula but since my wife is in jail we are forced to feed our baby with formula causing our baby to vomit and suffer diarrhea and seek medical advice, I am desperately trying to call First Gulf Bank but they are not too helpful obviously. My wife has the receipts of the payments she made and why on earth would First Gulf Bank lodge a criminal case to a paying customer???
