Again poor service
2 years ago I cancelled M1 handphone and port over to StarHub because of poor M1 customer service.
Received re-contract for M1 Fibre Broadband letter so went to M1 at Bugis Juction to re-contract and apply for a new handphone for the number given to me. I tried twice and M1 officer tried once to log into the machine to see the customer service officer but I was rejected. This is a bad omen for me so I will cancel my M1 Fibre Broadband and put THE END to M1 forever.
