Do not waste time
I would recommend to not waste your time and strength dealing with them. we needed a waiver form to be completed last year. Since we contacted them they did not answer our calls even once.

Federal Pardons is Horrible
Went with this company to do my pardon, took over 2 years, and I finally gave up. Went to Express Pardons and they completed my application within 6 months and had it submitted. There are good companies and bad company's out there, Don't go with Federal Pardons.

Alex Keeling owes me $700
I have paid Alex Keeling $700.00 for a travel waiver, and I did not receive it! After many attempts to try and contact him – I have been unsuccessful.
Their company is nothing but a rip off. I bet a lot of people got robbed like this.

US Waiver not happening
Tried to get US Waiver from Federal Pardons since July 2012. Voice mail always full and no response to e-mails.
Visited their office. It is a rent an office complex. Receptionist got Carla Lopez the paralegal on the phone. Had my file in front of her and promised call back with update. That was two weeks ago.
Pursuing further action to get my $520 back. Don't hire this company.

Scam
Carla Lopez and her company federal pardons canada took my money for a urgent pardon and waiver. Been over a year and NOTHING. They don't reply to e-mails, calls or office visits. When I wanted my money back Carla Lopez made numerous threats to me. She threatened to have me charged criminally and make sure I don't get a pardon or waiver. Do not hire them. They will rip you off and make many threats against you. They also got a new company called uswaivers.com stay away from them. Join the face book group complaints against federal pardons canada.
