stole my money and never send me purchased goods
This company is a total scam and waste of money! I purchased beauty product from them and I paid about $300 for my order. I haven't received in 21 day as it was promised and now I am waiting second month and still nothing arrived. When I tried to contact them I just found that their support service is a joke and this company might be a scam. Beware and better don't waste your money for them!

paid $300 and no products received
I have paid $300.00 for the products which I had to receive at the end of last week. I never even received any confirmation email. I think it has all been a scam. I need someone to contact me immediately, otherwise I will file a case.

HATEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS
The customer service reps at Fair and Flawles/Skintrium are very hateful and rude. They made several hateful and sarcastic remarks to me that were unprovoked. I asked for an email address and was talked too like I was an idiot. Then when I asked her to repeat the email address, because she said it so fast, she hung up on me. I've had this type of experience each and every time I have called. It doesn't matter how polite you are, they are still very mean and inappropriate. Not sure how this company is allowed to stay in business with the way they treat customers. What I do know is that if the customer service reps are mean, that means the managers are mean and hateful, which is a reflection of the owners, who also have got to be mean. This type of behavior could only be allowed because it's streamed from the top down. These folks act like they may three dollars an hour. Stay clear if you can
