FRAUD ALERT TSP EAN TRAVEL
on July 17, 2014; I also made a reservation through EXPEDIA.COM. I canceled it within the same day in person through the hotel, by phone and via email. To be able to cancel by phone was a challenge since I had to speak to about 5 people and called several number. Expedia hides behind all these different affiliates like TSP EAN TRAVEL, HOTELSCHEAP.COM, TRAVELSCAPE.COM.
Even though I follow the correct steps to a cancellation Expedia charged my credit card through EAN. I opened a dispute with my credit card and got my money back. The best advice is to kept any evidence such as emails from any cancellation, receipts and don't hesitate to take names of people you speak with. I want to thank you for sharing your reviews, it has really helped my frustration. I feel that by us voicing our concerns help other by alerting them from been victims of fraudulent businesses such as EXPEDIA. Lastly, file a complaint within the Federal Trade Commission / Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
