Fraud on their part

Do you know who regulates these guys? It should be both state and federal since I am in a different state than they both are.

Whats your story with them?

They put me into a 4 year equipment lease but agreed in an email that I could cancel with both companies if I found a better rate. Well they wont let me cancel and are dinging my credit and still debited my account 1 time after I told them we terminated.

They just lie and stall. And are pretending that their "guarantee" to terminate the lease which was slyly slipped in at the last minute (was only supposed to be a 1 year contract) does not meet the qualifications, that I just had to find a better rate.
