Stole $240.00+ Will Steal Your Credit Card

I'm dealing with the same thing. The items I ordered were in stock when I ordered them... I received 2 out of 4 items, I checked the website and it said the items had been discontinued by the distributors. I called them, no one ever answers, I emailed them about 6 times before I got a reply saying my c.card would reflect a refund in 5 days... Still no refund. Then I decided to see if anyone else had this same issue, and I found this page. The guy praising Excalibur is nuts, or he works for them, or he has never dealt with being ripped off by them, or he is friends with them, or he's just NUTS;;)) I will never shop with them again. They also quoted me "express shipping" 2-3 days... Which really took over a month to get the 1st item and another week or longer for the 2nd item. Such a frustrating, and violating feeling... Getting ripped off and being taken advantage of sucks. I really hope they make right of this wrong.

Excalibur Films Ripoff

Ordered 3 DVDs June 21. They immediately cost to my credit card, about $50 with shipping costs. Items were supposed to be in stock, but immediately listed as Item On Order in my order status meaning THEY have to order them in order to ship them to me. I waited a few days, then emailed them to ask about this. No response for 3 days. Finally an email saying they expected them shortly and would ship them immediately upon receiving them. Waited until July1, still no change in status. Ordered 2 of the movies from another website and that website shipped them the same day. Emailed Excalibur customer service to cancel those two movies and asked for a refund on those two, but said I would like to keep the third movie if they could ship it. July 3, still no response to email. Sent another email to cancel entire order and ask for full refund since they can't deliver the items I ordered. In the email I did receive from them, they included a link for clearance/overstock items that they can supposedly ship immediately. This is obviously what's know as bait and switch. Offer an item that you don't have to bait a customer, then try to get them to buy crap that nobody in their right mind would want. They hope you will just say something is better than nothing and accept the crap item in place of what you actually ordered. No thanks. There are numerous complaints online about this company detailing similar and worse experiences like I've described here with Excalibur Films. I wish I had found these complaints prior to ordering, but my initial search didn't turn up any reviews so I took a chance. Search for Excalibur Films Scam, Excalibur Films Fraud, Excalibur Films Complaints...you will find enough info to steer you away from this company.

DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS

I was referred to these guys by a field rep from a supplier company, who said it looked like they carried the product I was asking
about. I followed her link to their website and placed an order. I did not receive and order confirmation. I know it went through, because they processed my credit card immediately. So I have been charged by them, and have heard nothing else. I have sent them 3 emails asking about my order. No answers. I tried calling them on both the 800 number and their 714 number, and was told the call could not go through. Looks like they have taken my money and are not shipping my order. How incredibly frustrating. I will call my credit card company and let them know. Do not order from these people.
