I have texts the past couple of weeks for cancelled appointments and they say to call the salon.. but when I call no one answers. I left messages last week that no one returned, but now they don't even take messages! The two times I went there the girl was really nice and I was happy with the treatments I received... but now they keep cancelling my appointments?! How can I get a refund for two scoopons I haven't even been able to use?!

I too worked for him.He doesn't care about his staff or clients.Feddie never paid staff and always looked for an excuse not to be pay them. He just likes to rip people off!He has no idea how to run a business.He just closes shops and opens new businesses to scam more people out of money. Feddie will be launching his own grouping site called offers and deals.I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY AS IT IS JUST ANOTHER SCAM!!!

I purchased a 2-for deal and had to book over 2 months in advance (so did my BFF) as it was it took me 10 calls over several weeks to get through. My appointment was for tomorrow night and I just received an sms this morning from them cancelling it, so did my friend and her appointment is for tomorrow morning! Pretty sure the whole thing is suspicious and I won't get my treatment, nor money back.
Very disappointed and annoyed!

SadInRingwood you will have to contact scoopon to get a refund and it would have a number or email on the scoopon voucher to contact. it would be better off to get a refund as all salons are now closed due to him not being able to afford anything.

anonymos2012 is he seriously launching his own site?? what a scam that will be! will it be like a scoopon site??

I have had exactly the same problem! Ask cudo to refund your credit card not cudo credit - I did and got the refund!

I have purchased multiple vouchers for various treatments and I haven't used theem all.
I went in thee store on Wednesday thee 25the Feb 2012 to purchase some products. I purchased a deal - 5 products for $150. I spoke to Feddie, he was thee only one in thee store - I should have clicked as to what was happening as he said no staff were in (which it was a late trading night for Evoque). I walked out withe theree products and he said his staff would get back to me thee following Monday withe thee remainder - as I had paid upfront.
I tried calling all stores but phone numbers are disconnected. I even popped in but no one is theere.
Now theat I look back on thee conversation we had he tried to sell me an unlimited IPL treatment for 12 monthes for thee cost of $387 as well as tell me about his website! I feel like a fool but lesson learnt!
Does anyone know if I can get my money back for my products or from Scoopon even theough I have has one treatment from each voucher? Do you theink it will be worthe calling thee bank?
I feel for his staff theat never saw any pennies from him!!!

VBnt that is so funny that he tried selling you products and deals!
He must be desperate.. Because if you did buy that IPL deal he offered you, basically there would have been no way of you getting the IPL treatments done in the first place when he does not have staff to preform the treatment as he cannot pay us, What a scam!
Also the IPL machine he uses is not TGA approved (that is really bad) it is from Hong Kong and Australia does not approve it, meaning the machine is very unsafe for our bodies as well.
The products you bought were prob Skinstitut? Its a great skincare range i use it still, but the fact that he could not give you the remainder is a little risky because when i was working there it would take him a month to re-order products or even longer.. so you may be waiting a while because if he has no money to pay staff then i dont know where he is getting it to pay for more products?
Or try and go in the salon every now and then when you can to chase up the products.
Email [email protected] to find out when the products are coming in.

Scoopon are being really good with refunding clients who have bought deals off them for the Evoque vouchers all you have to do is email scoopon at [email protected] and tell them your situation. Good luck!

I'm fed up with Evoque! I've been to both Brighton and Ringwood stores and it's just ridiculous! I was booked in for an appointment today at the Ringwood store. It took me one hour to drive there to find out that they have bloody closed down or something. (Apparently the lady next store said they have been closed for one month and many people have come in asking her the same thing I did.) No notice, or any prior contact to me, nothing...I was furious! I was in there 4 weeks ago and everything seemed to be in good order and a whole lot better then the Brighton store. (The Brighton store is worst than Ringwood IMO, they have the most shocking customer service, never answering calls or responding back to messages. My coupon was already half expired because I couldn't get in contact with them! I even had texts to cancel my appointment because of new management and when I called back to rebook, they never answered the phone! Hence why I then decided to go Ringwood) Anyway, so silly me to not check online prior to see what the go is at Ringwood as I thought they would be safe to go to. If only I had come online to check this site out yesterday I would have known that the owner is totally screwed in the head!!! Stores are closing, employees wages unpaid, and he is still trying to scam clients in store, in person!!! WTFFFFF...Will never go back to this place ever again.

@Beautician, about the IPL machine not being TGA approved...can you elaborate a bit more as I don't really know about it? I've had treatment done on 2 areas twice. Is this really bad now? What are the side effects etcs? Should I be worrying? Thanks.

EADL i feel so sorry that you drove all that way for nothing!
It is just ridiculous now! Can't believe they are not even calling clients to tell them what is going on or cancel their appointment, so un-professional and slack...
Can you tell me which shop you went into to ask why ringwood is closed?

TGA stands for therapeutic goods administration which is a commonwealth government agency that regulates medical devices and drugs. Basically they make sure the product or machine that was made here or overseas meets Australian standards of quality, safety and efficiency. I think that's right.
The ipl machine is obviously unsafe if he could not get it TGA approved, so I'm guessing it would have been emitting high levels of radio-frequency causing health issues.. Luckily you only had two treatments so you will be fine, dont stress. Now I know why I use to get headaches afterwards!

@Beautician, I went into the nail and hair salon store. It's right next store to the left of Evoque when entering from the rear carpark. The lady didn't actually tell me why Evoque was closed, she just said that people have come into her store and asked about Evoque.

When did you last work at the Ringwood store? I'm guessing too many suppliers were trying to look for the owner to chase up debts so he just suddenly closed the store and not bothered to notify customers about it. Very unprofessional indeed.

Former employee of Evoque and this place has been the WORST company I've ever worked for!! It really was awfull and I'm still suffering from it! No pay over Christmas or new years and still havnt recieved this money nor have I recieved wages for a weeks work that I did. Feddie is a scammer and he is still trading which makes me sick he needs to be locked up for a long time for all the money he has stolen from people!!

I feel so sorry for all the people that have been stuffed around by Evoque but please know it had nothing to do with the therapists it was all bad upper management and there was only so much we could do with absolutely NO support from upper management. It was pathetic. Feddie our boss was too busy hiding from distributors that he owed money to or buying products from china and selling them in Australia for triple the price to put any time or effort into the salon, as a previous therapist has said he would never put in orders for stock we needed and at times staff were forced to pay for things like toilet paper or shavers for ipl that we desperately needed but Feddie wouldn't give us money to buy these things as he would say we wernt making him enough money so why should he? Ha! What a joke it was his business for god sakes!!! The man has no idea on how to run a business, we used to cop calls daily from people trying to find him as he owes them money but he never answers his phone or email he is a gutless little worm!!! Karma will get him one day! I hope everyone stays away from any Evoque stores and be carefull when buying deals as he has alot out there but under different company names! DODGY I know!!!

I to have been scammed by Evoque. I have had 2 ipl treatments and twice turned up for an appointment to be told no opertators available. Last time I went then was a sign on door at brighton saying they were closed for the day on the 15th feb but had sent me a text message to confirm apptment. Tried to ring but phones have been disconnected. What do I do now? GC

@ G Chamberlain- Brighton is still closed and all other salons as well, you would have received that SMS to confirm your appointment because he didn't bother to cancel the send out of them on the program..

If it is a deal you purchased then I would try and get a refund, many have and were allowed their money back from scoopon and groupon ect.. So sorry that you were one of the people to be scammed by him as well!

I don't see how he could re-open as I saw the other day on the Evoque in Ringwood's front door a note from the owner of the building explaining how the premises has been RE-POSSESSED by the landlord due to unpaid rental and other arrears owed by the tenant and no one is allowed in unless authorized by the landlord.. So yeh Feddie is in trouble with paying rent now too. Feel sorry for him.. Not.

If there is anyone who has worked for this man and had problems PLEASE complain to fair work as there are a few of us now, and legally I can't say much, but it will help a lot!

P.s I heard he is opening another Evoque salon is this true?? Please for the love of God don't be true
