To whom it may concern

I have recently purchased 3 x 30 dollars worth of cents from the online game Evony. But I have noticed that I have been double charged. My bank records show that 3 x 60 dollars has been charged to my account. They have STOLEN 90 dollars from me! And of course there is no way to contact them!
