A1pillow refund

This company should not be allowed to advertise and sell product to decent human beings.
It is disgusting how they can take money under guarantee act and rip people off.
I ordered a A1 pillow in July 2015. I sent it back and they said I would have refund put back in my
Account (163.00). I have sent letters to Hong Kong and Miami and they come back unopened.
This is not good enough and we don't do this in NZ.
This company should be taken off Internet as they are thieves.
