Event Aces LLC is the worst place to work
Beware of these guys! This is the worst place to work at. These guys never pay their employees. I had to harass them with complaints online and phone calls and they still didn't return the full amount of money to me, just a small part. Beware of these fraudsters!

!!!!DINO & GEORGE WILL NOT PAY YOU!!!
I worked an event as a 'server' almost 2 months ago and have yet to receive my paycheck. I have called Dino and his 'office' to resolve this matter and they say my check "is in the mail" and then never arrives. Not only does Event Aces not pay, I was expected to complete work that was not in the job description Dino gave at the hotel interview, instead I had to prep food, bus tables, empty HUGE, over-filled garbage bags and then wash dishes without running water in a tent behind the location in 90 degree weather. DO NOT WORK FOR EVENT ACES, DINO or GEORGE KROKONDEALAS.

did not get paid
I am a 63 year old grandmother with two disabled children who need full 24 hour care. Out of financial desperation, I had to find what I thought would be a job that would pay immediately after service. I worked as a chef for the U.S. Open Golf Tournament, at Chambers Bay, in Washington State; it was the most grueling job I have ever worked-- 12 hours straight nonstop cooking, in a very hot tent. There was not really even time enough to take a bathroom break without coming back swamped with orders. I was told that the checks would be mailed on July 3rd, but I am still waiting for my money. It's a disgrace that an event hosting millionaire golfers, in world renowned, professional sporting events such as these would not properly vet and research the catering companies they hire to serve such elite guests; not only is it careless and irresponsible, but it is also very dangerous. In my opinion, it is sweatshop slavery, using poor people like myself to do the hardest work possible, and then not even give us the dignity of honest wages.

Racist/ they do not hire fair
They only hire people they know even though you put your application in they hire someone who hasn't even filled out the application just because it's a friend of a friend I was told that right from the ABC class. The guy said he was hired and didn't even fill out the application not to mention he wasn't a person of color very racist!!!!! Whoever Jessica is she is not a good person

Racism
Most of the people working these events are minority. I agree that it is grueling work in a ninety degree tent for low pay. They have you come in forty five minutes early for no pay each day. They do not inform you of this. You will split your tips and at worst have a couple of ones at end of night. The work ethic varies widely. No one supervises the non workers because they are overworked themselves. Staffing is hard to maintain due to the conditions. At the tent I was in a young black male was trying to find an older women so he could jump her and steal her tips. No respect. I am quoting him and it was no big deal to the people around him who heard him. I was glad when he did not find her. Also the workers shoot up in the hotel and arrive high.
