Beware of these scammers!
I've done some work for them - I've done some broker opinions. They didn't pay for any of those opinions! They never gave me a phone number to contact them. They keep giving me the assignments but aren't paying! Beware of these scammers!

I advise all realtors to stay away from this company.
These guys never paid for any BPO orders we took from them. We did our ob perfectly responding immediately for every request. They don't answer e-mails and the phones are off. Beware! We now have to use legal services to get our money. I advise all realtors to stay away from this company.

NO PAYMENT
I WAS SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE PAYMENT FOR THE COMPLETED JOB AT THIS COMPANY BY THE END OF AUGUST. CONTACTED THEIR FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT – THEY ONLY KEEP SAYING THAT THEY WILL END THE PAYMENT SOON. BUT I DON’T BELIEVE THEM. RIP OFF!

Never got paid
I was hired to give out an opinion about homes which were not in the area where I usualy work. I went there, did my job, and I never got paid.
I have read many reviews about this company after, and it turned out that they scam realtors the same way all the time. They owe me $300.00.
