don't trust EUROTEAM TICKETS
Springsteen in Europe in 2012 - They sell tickets twice the face value, without displaying the seat number and the shows are not even soldwith teh regular sellers...very suspect!

wow!!! i'm surprised..!! with these much complaints..as i got really great experience with them... they sell tickets for football and music events are just giving amazing service to their customers. They promise for tickets even over the phone – and if you’re lucky then you can get tickets even close as an hour before the event as i got mine, but as many people book tickets from euroteam so book your tickets as soon as possible. If you are buying tickets for football or music concerts or any events then go for Euroteam scam free tickets…

Hong Kong Rugby Sevens
After having ordered a weekend ticket of 390 euros from Euro team, they failed to deliver. Up till 12 o'clock in the morning, the day before the event, the courier was "on his way" to my apartment, only to be informed 2 hours later, via email, that they couldn't deliver as the tickets were fake. I was promised a refund, but I have not heard from them since the 23 rd of March. No email communication, no telephone communication, nothing. I have been trying on several occasions via email, phone calls, but no contact. I am embarrassed to admit that I have been scammed. I have the email that sates that I will be reimbursed, but I am not sure if this will do me any good. Alarm bells should have gone off when I phoned them a couple of times to different departments (tracking order, complains, ordering tickets etc.), and the same woman ALWAYS answering at the other end. I thought this bizarre if they are such a big company, dealing with so many orders. Also, when asked for a tracking number, courier company, anything that I could use to follow up on my order, nothing could be given. Unfortunately, this only gets revealed once you have booked your ticket as it all seems above board.
Be warned!!!

Olympic Hotel Tickets
I paid 1349 Euros for tickets for a London Olympic Hotel. This was deducted from my account on 23rd April 2011. I ha e received no tickets and would like a refund.

We bought £900 GBP worth of olimpic tickets from this company. Paid and money take May 2011. Tickets have not arrived although we paid for courier delivery to our house. trying tho chase up where our tickets are they keep sending crap emails saying they are unable to deliver and asking for new addresses for the tickets to be delivered to. They have no intention of delivering and now 24 hours before the first event, still no tickets and they have offered us to cancel the order. They want us to cancel the order and then they wont offer a refund. They have even taken their terms /conditions off the website dont worry Euroteam we have a copy of them and you will fight you all the way until you return our hard earned money. From a very dissapointed household.

Tickets
I bought 4 tickets for my 2 children, husband and I on 26th April 2011 through the company Euroteam (total cost £350) for the Gymnastics event at the North Greenwich Arena London on Sunday 29th July 2012.
I telephoned the helpdesk based in Norway to make enquiries about our tickets ,which had already been purchased and was told that the tickets would be delivered to my address 2 weeks before the Olympic start date on 27th July 2012.
We did not receive any tickets on or after 27th July 2012 in the post or by courier which was paid in advance to “Euroteam” .
As our event was due to start on 29th July we decided to attend the Olympic park anyway despite not being in possession of the tickets that we paid for and as we could have predicted we were refused entry and turned away from the Olympic park by security.
I asked some of the many security staff and volunteers were we could collect our tickets and was sent in different directions which turned out to be extremely frustrating.
It began to dawn on us that the whole operation was a complete scam and we were left wondering how many other people went through the same procedure as us only to be left frozen out and basically ignored.
Our children are 13 and 10 years old at the time of writing and they were looking forward to this day months ago and it was very difficult for us to explain to them why we were not going to watch the gymnastics.
The sad thing is that we may never get another chance to see anything like this in London again which makes it hard to take.
Meanwhile “Euroteam” are still trading and causing heartache for thousands of people.

Madonna concert tickets
We are Target Travel, a travel agent in Lebanon. We bought 24 tickets to the madonna concert in Istanbul on 4 june 2012. We paid the first 14 tickets by credit card, for the next 10 tickets Euroteam requested a bank transfer. The total amount we paid is 6270 Euro. We made packages and paid airplane tickets and hotel accommodation. They did not deliver the tickets and we had to refund all our clients their package prices, and we incurred huge losses over the price of tickets that we paid and that Euroteam did not refund.
