I APPLIED FOR INTERNET SHIFTING ON 5- FEB. 2012. TILL NOW NO ON CONTACTED ME. I REGISTERED COMPLAINTS ON 11-FEB, 20-FEB, 22-FEB AND 24-FEB.
TILL NOW THERE IS NO ACTION. IN APPLICATION NO. I HAD GIVEN MY MOB NO-055-7998730 AND THEY ARE TRYING TO CONTACT ME 050-7998730 WRONGLY.
THREE TIMES I UPDATED THE NUMBER THROUGH YOUR SERVICE CENTRE. IS IT A MANDRATARY TO HOLD AN ETISALAT NUMBER FOR GETTING ANY
ETISALAT SERVICES ?
I HOPE YOU WILL DO THE NECESSARY ACTION TO TRANSFER MY CONNECTION AND ALSO DO SOMETHING TO AVOID SUCH NEGLIGENCE OR IRRESPONSIBILITY

I would like to inform you that the handset which Im using is having Error problem showing 602 error (reset ) I have visited your office last 2 week before & software was updated
& Secondly Im not using this phone from 15th March 2012 to 19th March 2012 I saw amount as increased without calling
This is suprising for me I have not used this phone so much still my bill show 2711 LKR on 19th March 2012 compared to last month February
Kindly do check as you know money as value
This phone is Under the Registration of our Security Chief Mr.Indunil Gonawalpladeriya which was taken under Blackberry 9300 Curve promotion in April 2011

Service Upgrade
Called and upgraded Double Play to Triple Play on 23 Aug. Received sms messages everyday for five days that the tech would be out today to install. They called everyday, but would not come due to the fact that my building was not in there service location. After several calls to customer service to try and get them to correct the work order...I give up. You win Etisalat, thank you for your totally incompetent service.
