Order charges to stop order
I'm a c-2 quadriplegic. At approx. 1:00 am I ordered a ear an ear bud. I noticed that it wouldn't work with my disability. Within minutes I responded to every contact and even replied directly to the order placed. I contacted them several times. ,they contacted me the next morning telling me that the order had already been processed and they were going to charge me to stop the order. It cost me !/3 of the cost of the device to stop the order. .even though they didn't have the updated version. Thank you esurebuy for you courtesy and compassion. You shouldn't lie to your customers. No obvious mention of any fees for stopping an order that never got processed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ESUREBUY!!!.
