Be careful

We ordered 2 brand new Blue Ant Q2 ear headphones. We received 2 used or rebuilt headphones. We will be loosing $30 on shipping and restocking charges. These things are junk, this company sells used goods labeled at NEW!! Would never buy from them or recommend them. I hate companies that are scams like this!

Be careful

I purchased 2 blueant hands free units for my I Phone. I worked and the other didn't. My response from Esurebuy was instruction's to follow the instructions. If I could get one to work, I knew how to follow the instructions. The instructions said I needed to charge the blueant until the red light weant out which might take four hours.
They then wrote "Product is shipped in new and working condition. You need to fully charge the unit and then follow the users guide to pair it to your phone.

You have to fully charge it for 24 hours. Then follow the Users Guide Manual step by step to pair it to your phone. Your headset should then work fine.

I contacted Blueant directly and they replaced the unit that didn't work..
Even though the price was right I'll never buy anything from Esurebuy again

wrong product

I ordered the Motorola Bluetooth Finiti but received the Motorola Command One. I already have that Bluetooth and do not like it, which is why I ordered the Finiti. I owned the Finiti before and really like it. I would really like to get the one that I ordered and paid for.My order number is 6102, please send me the right product and explain to me how to return this one please. Refurbished trash nothing NEW

You can be E-sured that what you pay for will be a refurbished trash and not new as listed.
It will come with a high likely hood of being the wrong product.
Communication with the dirt bags that run the place will take weeks at best and only by email.
They may promise to make things right but you will be lost in the shuffle.

I recommend you give Esurebuy a pass and find some other place to spend your money.

Save yourself the head ache and avoid Esurebuy at all cost.

They do NOT even list a phone number nor an address so you can call or stop in and deal with someone in person.

I order 3 LG HBS-700 Bluethouetooth Stereo Headset $ 126.80, On 4/1/13. I email ,called ,Haven't heard from anyone yet, The tracking number do not tell you if it shipped or not. I'm filing a complain with BBB. I call 1-718-484-7378 and no on answer the phone, I don't know what kind of business this is I will get my money and have this company shut down. I did one in canada before.

Received the wrong color item

I ordered a pink Motorola Bluetooth and received it in black. I emailed asking for a return RPA number, since there was no contact phone number, but did not receive one. I got an email back, three days later, stating that they only had black so they sent that. I called the 718-435-3938 number and no one answered. I placed my original order 10 Apr and still have not received an RPA number.

never recieved merchadised

I have ordered LG ear bluetooth and never recieved it. I am unable to contact anyone via phone or email. Can some please advise me on how to get my money back or my bluetooth.

TERRIBLE PLACE!! SCAM

I purchased $600 worth of stuff. Was told it had shipped but it never did. After 4 weeks of them holding my money I started
sending emails telling how I would report them and finally got a credit on my card. TERRIBLE PLACE!!
