charged my card twice

i've been a member of espchat for like over a year or more now it kept telling me my subscription had expired but i was still able to join the chat rooms and ask my questions. but one day i tried and tried to log on and it wouldn't let me saying my subscription had expired so i thought i hit the button to signup again for another year for $24 but i was charged $39.99 and it says i had 10 free minutes for private chat .once i tried to talk to a psychic in private chat it charged my card again but bumped out of private chat into group chat .so i disputed the charges with my credit card company. they said they would dispute the charges for me but i would have to file a complaint with the company
