Money scam
I bought the 7-speeding reading and ultimate memory, they gave me an invalid product key for 7 speed reading and I sent an email to the company and no response, after a day, when I check on the ultimate memory, it could not be opened.I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy the products from ereflect.

Software Not Working
I purchased their typing software for $37.00 dollars on 03/16/2014 and it never did work with my computer running Windows XP as advertised it was supposed to work with my operating system. I went back and forth for two weeks with there technical support without resolve and have asked for a full refund now for over a month without any reply's. I had my credit card company put a hold on the charge, however they have now released it again due to this company's efforts. This is a big rip off and they do not stand behind there products. WARNING! YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY!
