sent for trial then they sent me more without me ordering and charged me 2 weeks before they sent it to me £95 for one and £89 for the other
I sent for a trial of Equinox and then received Equinox and RVTL anti aging cream which I did not order. Then a month later I received another 2 so I looked at my credit card statement and they had taken £95 and £89 over 2 weeks prior to actually sending them to me but on the credit card they are listed as Skin Cure who are Sheridan Labs and Skin 24 fruit exfoliator for the RVTL cream. As others have mentioned there is no name of a company for RVTl no address except for a shipping address no telephone number and no email address but they must be connected to Equinox who are Sheridan Labs.
I did get an email from Equinox customer service who say they will refund me £75 of the £95 pounds they have taken for the Equinox cream. The deduction is for restocking. I wrote back saying I didn't order it in the first place so do not expect to pay for their restocking but I haven't had a reply yet.

charged foe items i did not order
i ordered a sampled of cream and was £89 £61 for items i did not order i have to tried to speak to them in person but have had no luck. they are scammers and will advise everone not to order the sample as they will take money you have no9t agreed to.

Equinox Anti Ageing Company
I ordered the Equinox Get flawless & clear skin and the RVTL Anti Aging Cream as it was on offer and it seemed 2 be a really good cream from the before and after pics, i was checking my bank account online yesterday and noticed £90 odd had gone from my account, i rang my bank and they told me that the Equinox company had taken the £90 odd out of my account, i found a number 4 the company and rang it 2 be told they'd takin the money as it was only a 14 day trial, but it didn't say that anywhere when i ordered them, the indian man i spoke 2 said he'd refund me £50 as they weren't goin 2 refund the full amount as i apparently hadn't read the "terms and conditions", if there had have been terms and conditions i certainly would have read them as i refuse 2 order anything b4 i read them, i've just checked my account again and surprise surprise the money hasn't been put back in2 my account, and i've googled this company again and the only number i can find 4 this company is in NYC, it's totally and utterly discustin that they're doing this 2 innocent people!!!

Equinox Anti Ageing Company
I ordered this anti age cream through facebook ,You only had to pay £2.99 for postage and packing which they took an extra £5.00. Then today I find that they have taken £89.00 plus £13.20 for goods that I have not received and not only ordered and did not see any terms or conditions. This money was to pay my extra rent and my electric, can,t get through to this company. These people are just scum scum scum.

I ordered the RTVL creme. I do not like the heavy feel of the creme. I want to cancel but there is no phone number to contact them. If you do not cancel within 14 days you get charged the full amount. Supposedly this is a 14 day free trial. So this is the way you get scammed. Do not order unless you are willing to pay full amount. I am retired and live on a fixed income. I know there is other ladies that got caught up in the scam and this company should be stopped. If anyone has the contact number please post it.

This company advertises a free trial of face cream then starts to send creams you did not order and deduct £89.00 every month from your account. I went on holiday not realising this and returned to find I had been charged this twice in March and been sent 1pot of poor quality cream unsolicited. Trying to contact or speak to someone is very difficult emails fail and an Indian call centre answers with very limited information and no help. The company also has an American address which I have not yet found however their contact number is 1-855-532-7101. Has anyone more information or have they been able to speak to someone in authority

It is a con ...get onto your bank to complain ...they will block all future payments and refund your loss
