Online fraud

Fully agree that emusic.com is a malicious company making money from tricking consumers into monthly re-occuring charges on the credit card that have never been approved by the consumer. In my case, the company charged for more than a year and unfortunately, I did not notice this on my credit card. When I did notice and called to cancel, they said that all charges are non-refundable. This is despite them clearly seeing and knowing that I've never used their services. I have now read so many similar reports online and I cannot help to think what a shame it is for a company like this emusic.com to exist, largely based on these malicious, fraudulent charges.

free trial

free trial

I was also charged $31.99 during my free trial. First email said no refund but second claimed they would refund and cancel me. I have it in writing, just in case. It was a little effort but appears they are doing the right thing. Of course, I had signed up for the lowest-priced package...

Online fraud

Same thing, charged account for trialo that I didn't even use up. I am disputing the charge thru me credit card and my next stop is the better business bureau.

It's just a trap

They don't want to refund the charges they made for my membership. They keep putting my account on hold but they are refusing to cancel it. It's just a trap

Beware of their scam!

These guys have charged me for the membership even though I cancelled before the free trial ended. They refuse to refund the 12 dollars they charged. Beware of their scam!

fraudulent website

I got free trial on that website. Well, of course it ends before its ending time and my account was blocked without any notice. They asked $12 charge o unblock my account, I paid, but nothing happened. Do not waste you time with them!

I got charged and never opened an account

I was charged $31.99 for 6 month's and I never opened an account with them. When I wrote them they said someone with a Hotmail Email opened the address. So when I requested the information of this person that I had been paying for they had no info. I never received any info about this mystery person.
