never recieved the product

I have been waiting to receive my hair product which was hard to find a long time and it never came. I checked the confirmation email and it said I was suppose to receive the product within 7 business days. Now after that I surfed the inter web and found complaints regarding this company and people wrote that they had all sorts of problems with them, including – never received the product.
