Theft by Trickery-They Lie and rob

This is legal theft by trickery. I contacted Ecycle Best and was quoted a price of $160 for a Samsung Note ll in perfect condition. My phone had been in a protective case from the day of it's initial activation so it had not one scratch on it. The phone was in perfect working condition as I had received a phone from my employer soon after I had purchased the Note ll so the phone had been used very little and had been stored in it's original box with all accessories.My daughter ask if I had any old phones because she found a company that'll pay $$ for them with no hassle. I mailed my phone to Ecycle Best in a box which they sent to me. On 8/27 I received notice that Ecycle Best had deposited $24 into my paypal account. I sent Ecycle Best an email requesting the return of my phone, they didn't reply. I called Ecycle best and was placed on hold for over an hour. I have attempted to contact them several other times and have only been placed on hold. I was robbed.
