I no longer buy Ecco!
Hi People, I am from Singapore. I had enough of ecco shoes after buying 3 pairs paying over S$200 for each pair. Within 8 months the under soles disintergarted, the top leather seems ok. I made some feedback to the local retailer/agent but nothing was done, no follow up, zilt. Don't ever buy such lousy shoes for such high prices. I was fooled! ----- See attached pics.

I no longer buy Ecco!
I have purshased (4) pairs of expensive ecco golf shoes. I am very dissapointed with
there quality. The soles have cracked and the waterproof shoes are now completly
useless. Why this company doesn't address these problems is beyond me.
From now on I'm buying another high end golf shoe.
I'm done with crappo ecco. Bubba W.

SOLES DESINTEGRATE - ON BRAND NEW SHOES
I have few pairs of ecco shoes during these few years. i bought one new pair of ecco shoes in end Feb 2012 at singapore ION shop. The disign is nice but the shoes sole is very slippery during the raining day, i could not control myself and had a fell against my back until now still not recovered and back still painful. I will not considered in future to purchase Ecco brand of shoes. it really bad experience of it. I think the shoes quality are no good compare to last time.

I'm from Singapore, i bought many pairs of ecco shoes, i found the quality was not there. The lastest model i bought was in end Feb 2012. but the sole was very slippery when during the raining day will not be hold and i had a fell on that day and against my back, until now still not recovered. i went down to ION and spoke to one of the salesman i gave my hp contact and email to him and he told me he will tell his Operation Mgr but no action taken at all. The shoes it cost $229 considered very expensive shoes.

I am here for a holiday at singapore and have when to this ECCO outlet at jurong ( WEST GATE) I got attracted by one of the shoes there when I walk In to the shop I see this young girl standing at the counter using phone when she saw me walk in she keep her phone but she didn't bother to come and assist me and give me a BLACK FACE when I need help for the shoe I still have to walk over and ask her for the size and not she herself come and assist me and most important when I am asking her she is showing all her attitude what a bad service and I saw her name tag her name is PAULINE. When I am trying on the shoe another guy walk in and he very auto he saw me he come and approach me ask if I need any help althought he is abit rush to get the sales can see that he is a newcomer but his the way he serve customer is the right way althought at the end of the day I bought one pair from that guy but is the girls doing cashier just because of that girl service ruin my whole day of mood shopping.
THAT YOUNG GIRL BAD SERVICE ATTITUDE TO CUSTOMER USING PHONE EVEN THE CUSTOMER IS AROUND
