Not for me any more
I too was suspended from ebay after selling on their site for 9-years. They claimed my selling rating was not up to their standards after all these years at 95.4. They really don't care about their SELLERS once they use us for their EXPENSIVE FEES over the years. So everyone out there thinking about selling on ebay, DON'T DO IT. They are getting very COCKY and WAY OVERBOARD with their STUPID RULES and REGULATIONS. Like someone said above in their complaint, "ebay will be a thing of the PAST SOON for treating their SELLERS and BUYERS like crap". We all NEED to STOP BUYING & SELLING on this EBAY site. We NEED to HELP SUPPORT other Newer site such as EBID or AUCTION.COM grow and WIPE-OUT ebay SLOWLY!!!

TOO MANY SELLER FEES, OVER CHARGE FEES
Ridiculous I sold 200.00 dollars in goods to a dealer, collectibles. I already sold them on discount to get rid of them and added a modest shipping fee of 11 dollars, which was actually 15 dollars. Then paid the extra cost of having it repackaged to look nice. all in all 21 dollars, so now im down to 180 proft, then I pay Ebays F U in the A S S fee of 20 sometihng dollars just to sell the thing, they say its coverage for shipping fees but thats BS its a profit gain for Ebay for every purchase you sell Ebay gets 9 percent of your sale in their pocket. Its robbery is what it is. They ALREADY make a profit on your seller fees more than enough to cover liability with the 2 and one dollar charges for bidding. This new thing with the 20 dollar charge is little more than a scam to rip us off. I will never sell with Ebay after this BS.

Basically what they are saying is that you continue to break the rules and they are giving you a time out til you behave. Keep it up and they will delete your account. It is always good business to contact a seller before you slam them with a complaint from Ebay. It also means that you are doing some underhanded buying or something else that is against Ebay policy.

I'm guessing you are a terrible, unpleasable buyer that leaves a lot of negative feedback and opens a lot of disputes. I bet a lot of sellers on eBay are glad to be rid of you.

Buyer reversed charges!
Hummm, that's funny..I came across this complain after googling "[email protected]" because I am selling a vehicle and I received an email from this person but they have an IP in China which I found to be suspicious which is another reason I wanted to see about this person. I also found another person selling a trailer that had been approached by same email/person. Now that I see it is not "Will Banks" but this Paula Willbanks at 101 E. Cardinal St..the email makes sense now. I am glad I saw this post and while I am sorry you had to suffer the wrath of this Paula, please know that your complain has kept me and who knows how many others from doing business with this thief!

My account just got permanently suspended. Three months ago, they sent me a email stating my grade for sending merchandise was not up to their standards. The maximum you could have was 3, and they state I had a 4. So I called them and they said just send items quickly and it should be removed. For the next two months, I mailed items with about a 48 hour delivery time from receipt of money, and maybe 15% within 3 days. Each month when I contacted them, they said yes you improved and it should be removed. Then each time within a couple of days, I get an email stating my account rating got worse! Two months later, I called to ask again, was told my rating was up to a 6?, prior month was a 4, and even feedback was positive and shipped everything within 3 days. Reps. kept saying they don't understand why it keeps going up. The following day, I received another email that my rating went up to 7 now! The day I called them it was a 6! Everytime I called to inquire its like they retaliate. Then told to contact the resolve center and did, and explain. The following day, I received an email that I am not PERMANENTLY removed from Ebay! I am going to call again.. but it appears to a retaliatory system. Someone keeps raising my score each month for no reason, and not one negative comment! Now where do I sell! So sick of them on top of them withholding my money until delivery and not paying interest! Isn't that against the law!?

ebay is strange. Its changed sooo much over the years, while its much safer to shop online, its still certainly not geared towards the mommy type seller (i was one). Craigslist has made it soooo much easier while ebay has progressively gotten tougher. I remember early on that they publicly said that they were going to trim the fat and focus on making the big ebay customers happy - ones like staples, etc. Yeah, focus on craigslist!

CraftMom is right. Unless you are in the top 5% for sellers, eBay doesn't really give a crap about you and will makes things as difficult as they can for you.

Bad Complaint Policies
Yep, T-MOTORSPORTS (gold3288gold) treated me in a similar manner. Bought a motorcycle battery from them with an advertised one year warranty. I got about 6 starts before it died in less than 50 days! When I asked for a replacement, they told me 30 days was up and they would not exchange it or refund my $53.00...WTF????
I would not buy a glass of water from them if I was dying of thirst!

I agree 100% ebay removed 19 of my listings stating they were misleading, when I contacted them to ask what part of my listings were misleading this is the reply I got back from them.
"Unfortunately I am not at liberty to reveal to you exactly what text is
construed as misleading as to do so could assist in the circumvention of
our policies. If we were to tell you what was misleading then you could
simply just change your wording to fit our policy" I count myself luck I even got that, because as you say they normally send auto reply or nothing at all. Plust if you kick up a fuss they suspend your account. I HATE EBAY THEY MAKE MY BLOOD BOIL!!

I’ve got across the situation when I received an item from ebay which had a strong cigarette smell. Of course, the seller, krazed_kayaker_805, claimed that the item and packaging are from cigarette free environment. Beware of that liar!! Stricter rules required on ebay to prevent such situations.

There are lot of listing that eBay has for over around the globe.. they cannot check all the listing that seller have posted and if the listing was removed it either someone made a report or the team who is responsible in removing a listing saw ur "NOT ALLOWED listing. :D

be careful, many sad occasions
Ebay doesn't provide promised customer protection! Their sellers very often are fake and just stole money from people and it happens that company just use the rule - don't look don't see. One such seller stole my money and never shipped me my purchase and ebay customer support did nothing about it. Very sad... Buyer, be careful!

Beware! Many fraudulent seller on ebay because they delete negative review just for $100. I bought a car from seller which supposed to be reliable according to feedback but he just stole my money and disappeared! Beware and be careful!

pure fraud
This company is not that honest as it claims to be. I placed an order on their website but it was never send, I just received a fake invoice. Tried to contact them many times but thy did nothing about this problem, ignored all my messages and never made a replacement. Beware and better stay away from this fraudulence.
