If you see by my attitude towards the complaint it is neutral, i feel compelled to defend various elements of this complaint firstly aimed at "fedupofscammers", I am the one ( kevin ) who dealt with you at the initial stage of the sale can say that as telesales we have a "pitch" and in that "pitch" clearly say that after the first month if you wish to continue with the campaign then the cost would be £30.00 for each key phrase PER MONTH that you wish to continue with, the fact that then was again said in a second recorded call by a manager and is kept on file as proof, which we have on file, now i am not about start to be rude to anyone and i am not calling you liar "fedup" i will definitely say that you miss heard what was said though, as a company we totally rely on repeat business and without it would not last as long as we have, 2 of the rude staff that are mentioned in some of the reviews have now been removed from the company, sorry but i cannot name them, as a company we have over 1800 accounts that we manage, now we are not saying that you are in any way guaranteed work from this as this is just ridiculous but out of all the accounts we deal with our retention rate is around the 92% mark, i really really am sorry to the clients that it did not work for as well as they expected and would have loved it to have been a success story but i can guarantee 100% that the services we are offering is in no means a scam, on a quick note "fedup" I am a working lad and have kids and bills like everyone else out there, i work 7 days a week holding down 2 jobs, it is comments like yours that gets people fired out of jobs so please bear this in mind when you start slating people without the facts as you are dealing with real people not just fantasy figures, if you ever want to speak to me regarding this then call me i have no problem addressing the issue.
It gets a little bit of a pain though having to come on here and defend myself and the company i work for as the thread as we know as a fact was started by a competitor, and i can hear you saying "you would say that" but normally if we and i had had done something bad i would hide behind the phone and leave it at that, but i will stand up and defend myself when someone questions my integrity and this is what i am doing, I am sat here with a bunch of very good professionals who work there backside off for every client we have and the fact that we get slated in this way makes me gutted, i will not however defend abusive verbal behavior on a call from our side and i get it thrown back at me by people on the phone and get called all sorts but its me who rang them so i am prepared to take it and deal with it.
Sorry to the people who have had a bad experience with us as our intentions are only hard work and success for every client, i will leave it at that and say no more other than i am very sorry to have to defend me and our company on here, i don't own the company i only work here and don't have any title like manager or anything.

I also fell for these con artists
i signed up for a website and google listing but didnt even get that far.
the website was appalling and not suitable for professional use when i complained they are unbelievably rude.
they will not refund me but i have reported them to consumer direct and sent easy media an official letter - and i will pursue them.
Am Soooo angry with myself for being caught up with these scam artists

Avoid at all costs, just after your money.
After phoning them to cancel they still tried to take the money out of my bank, but as the card i used expired they couldn't get the money, then had some jumped up guy phoning me basically calling me a lier, saying they had no record of me phoning and they
required the payment.

I was contacted by a company called Key Media Ltd in Manchester, apparently they use two websites www.keymedialtd.co.uk and also www.kmml.co.uk
They guaranteed me page one of google with unlimited clicks, this is a scam. Key media scam manchester.
After research, Key media Manchester were linked to Easy Media. The person I spoke to sounded alot familiar to someone that tried selling me Google before.
Key Media LTD SCAM, Stay away from these guys and Easy Media !!
