Actually Richard your refund was sent on the 5th and funny you should write this bogus complaint the day after we sent that email. Those appointments that you say we never got, is not true either. They were for after January and you chose not continue with us. Those other complaints you mentioned are not true either. You are just another statistic that believes stuff on the internet. You do not know that whole story, so before you go jumping to conclusions, I suggest you mind your own business. We are not a scam, we are not a fraud.
You are owed a refund, and we sent it out as promised. Since this complaint is permanent, I will be stopping payment on the refund today and will be filing suit for harassment and slander also.

Anyone has the right to post as they wish. How are you going to sue someone for offering their opinion? Besides, don't you think you'll spend a whole lot more on an attorney than what this person paid you for your services? Are you going to sue everyone who has posted complaints against your company?

What is a shame, is you could really have a decent business if you could stop screwing people and actually WORK for a living! As I said you are a common thief. Your own remarks above stating that I am entitled to a refund and you say you are stopping payment. That's perfect! You are showing the folks out there the fraud that you and East Coast Telemarketing really is. The money isn't the problem. It's the principal. I'm sure you need the money worse than I do. You picked the wrong person to screw over! Plain and simple.

Yes because you chose not to continue with us when we clearly said that you had appts in January. So you are owed a refund which we sent out. Why would you post anything negative when you knew a refund was coming? That's just not professional. Believe what you want, say what you want, but that payment was stopped the minute these posts surfaced. You did it to yourself sorry. This site is filled with millions of companies, that you probably use everyday and people complain about them all the time, yet you are still using them. Billion dollar companies screw people over all the time, yet they still earned your business right?
We are not a scam, we don't lie, and we are not fraud. Wasn't raised that way and I don't conduct business that way. Our attorney will be filing a lawsuit for slander and harassment this afternoon.

You don't and didn't have any apointments in January for me according to your own earlier emails to me. Yet, another lie. Boy, you are really helping your cause and bringing more attention to your scam. You are one to speak about being professional. I have yet another email where you berated me and then you sent a follow-up email apolgizing and begging me to continue to do business with you. By the, anyone reading this, she was suppose to have sent the check out on December 1 by her own admission and as you can see for yourself, she says the check went out on the 5th...which is still not in my mail box.
East Coast Telemarketing, JC Consulting and Jennifer Coburn is a scam and an unprofessional so-called company. Google their name and you will see the results for yourselves. Better yet, take a look at all of the complaints that the Better Business Bureau in South Florida has on them.
As far as your attorney, boy, I hope to hear from him/her! It would be nice to carry on a conversation ith someone with at least a half of a brain cell! You do not know the definition of slander and harrasment!

I tell you what is really a shame, is that I have a 19 year old Marine son that is in Afghanistan protecting and fighting for the very freedoms from which you use to cheat, steal and scam people of their hard earned money. When he returns, we will take care of you for good. Obviously, you are too sorry to actually go out and earn an honest living and see fit to steal from the very people that do. You are truly a pathetic individual!

This company was sent a refund check, did get appointments, yet continues to bombard me with threatening emails and post negative remarks. The refund check was stopped the minute this complaint surfaced on the internet. People like this have no class. This company got what they wanted and decided not to continue after they received appointments. Offered refund and this is what he does.
Claims he once worked with the sheriff and did some research of our own and he lied about that. Just goes to show the type of person this guy is, yet we don't judge him.

Please keep responding because each time I get to type EAST COAST TELEMARKETING, JENNIFER COBURN AND JC CONSULTING it just takes you higher on the Google Rankings. The search engines pull the information and the more I get to put it in, the better I am! And you will be chasing all of the complaints I put out to expose your fraudulent company the whole New Year!
The consumers reading this board can see through your BS. What threats are in the emails? Nope, don't see any except for you threatening an attorney on me which, I am still waiting on to hear from. And again, no mail, more lies in the world of Jenifer Coburn. All these folks have to do is check the google searches and see I am not the only victim of this ignorant individual!

Just a few complaints of the hundreds of complaints out there on Jennifer Coburn, East Coast Telemarketing and JC Consulting in Homestead, Florida...
"Horrible Service! Her service is a scam. Google her name. Others have had the same experience. The only positive reviews for her are from people who have only left one review.
Jennifer made no apointments for me and supposedly called 398 people. When I asked for a list of who she called, she was unable to provide the list. She informed me that there 3 lists that needed to be combined. I asked for her to keep the lists separate and send them, but she was unable to do that.
The one list that she did provide was only of about 100 businesses of which only about half of the list was accurate.
She provided no information of who she talked to and she was also unable to provide any of the supposed e-mails that she sent to potential clients.
Her return policy is 50% if she does not set the guaranteed number of appointments. It is my gut feeling that she makes no calls and just steals the money from her clients. Do your research before you use her. The only positive feedback on external website for her is from people who have only left feedback for one person. I honestly feel like I was scammed and do not want others to be scammed.
I am also waiting for my refund. Jennifer does not have the cash to process my refund on the 15th (as her contract stated she would). Feel free to e-mail me and I will let you know the status of my refund.

"I got to say i have never dealt with a company as unprofesional as JC Consulting. In a nut shell they scammed me. I paid 360 dollars they called for one week set 0 appointments dissapeared. After finally making contact with the owner i requested a full refund she said i was only entitled to half and that it would be at my office June 1st. That was May 12th. Still waiting?? Called left messages sent emails that have been read. They violated their own contract and mis represented their services. I would not do business with them!!! "

Sorry but i beg to differ. I'm a current client of Jennifer's and she's done nothing but get me sales for my insurance company. We hired her over the summer and after we saw some results, we increased the campaign to more hours. I close at least 50% of the appointments she brings in, which is around 8 a week, sometimes more.
After speaking with her today, she notified me of this jacka** posting all over the internet and have to sit back and laugh! You can't expect someone to get their money back after they started talking badly about the company. That's shooting yourself in the foot! What an idiot!
I have several of my own clients who will be using her in the new year also. I will continue to be in her defense until she proves otherwise and I doubt it will!
What this guy is doing is just plain ruthless and cold hearted. Regardless that's its the holidays, its still wrong and completely false.
This guy is just out to hurt people, but one day it will bite him in the a**!!!

What your friend, Jennifer Coburn and East Coast Telemarketing is doing is scamming people and their money and not performing her service that she says she does. "Regardless of the holidays"...again, really? Just because of the holidays, I can't make it known how I was defrauded by her. I will make it known to everyone...anytime...

I have worked with Jennifer and have had great results. I am in a very tough industry and it is HARD to get good leads. She has provided them. Also, I DID do my research before hiring her and I found out something interesting. Almost ALL of these "complaints" are being posted online by the same person- this "janitorial" person. A couple of times it was "carpet cleaning". I spoke with BBB and was told that they had traced ALL of the complaints back to a single IP address, and they were then removed.

Funny! You are using past tense when you hired her. ie..weeks or month ago you hired her. My complaints have just surfaced this week idiot. But then again, I am sure this is 'ol Jen-Jen posing as a satisifed customer because she can't actually go out and find any! By the way it is 10 seperate complaints with the Better Business Bureau plus the one I just filed will make 11. Again, Grade "D" with the BBB.
As I have said and will continue to say, East Coast Telemarketing, Jennifer Coburn and JC Consulting in Homestead, Florida ripped me off, failed to do any of the work she said she would do and then refuses to refund any monies that are owed to me by her own admission! Plan and Simple. I was scammed and defrauded and my mission is to let any and all consumers out there be made aware of her scam!

I am a personal close friend of Jennifer's and what this guy is doing is uncalled for. I was told the entire story, saw all the emails and then some. This guy, Richard Eason of Brame Specialty Company of Durham, NC is no better than the last guy that did this to Jennifer.
She spent time and money trying to figure out where all those complaints came from and after a year of battling with courts, attorneys and hiring companies, she found out it came from the same ip address. An old client that lives in Tempe AZ did the same thing this Richard guy is doing.
Seriously are you all about revenge? Is that why you sent your "son" to fight a never-ending war? You know he's not gonna come home right? Sorry to say but its true.
Leave Jennifer Coburn alone or you will have me to deal with. I live in Durham. I work for an attorney's office and my husband is a police officer. Jennifer can fight her own battles and has representation in Homestead, however I've known her for a very long time and will do anything for this girl. WATCH OUT!!!
