Pogo/Java Problems
From what I understand, EA is the new owners of Pogo Games. If you have any influence on Pogo Games ethics and customer service practices, I suggest you look into it right away. Because, there is definitely something wrong with these people.
I contacted their customer support and they said, for $299.99 they can clean up my computer and get me the latest Microsoft Security/Antivirus Program. Told them I couldn't afford that and they said for $149.99 I could get latest Microsoft Security.
The problem is NOT my Computer. The problem is with Pogo. When I try to play ie. World Class Solitaire, after selecting a room, I'm asked to update Java. I've updated Java several times and I still get the same request after selecting a room. I know how to download, install and enable Java so it's nothing I'm doing wrong.
I'm going to wait one week. If this problem isn't taken care of by then, I'm contacting BBB and will also file a formal complaint with the New York State Attorney General's office. I'm paying for Pogo and if they can't deliver then they are stealing from me.
