DVDBooth.com has showed me a really good assistance when I encountered some problems with my DVDs. I purchased the Judging Amy DVD set from this online seller. Fast shipping but when I checked the very first disc, it suddenly stopped in the middle of the episode and won’t play anymore. So I checked the remaining discs, and found 2 more faulty discs from the entire set I received. I raised my issues to the company and they informed me that it’s okay to replace the defective ones. They delivered the replacements after 5 days. Thankfully, it’s all fully working! I am fully satisfied with the whole transaction and how DVDBooth.com showed what customer support really is. Already recommended to my family and friends!

Real Professionals
I was looking for the complete collection of the Happy Days then suddenly I came across through DVDBooth.com website. DVDs were delivered in a timely manner. When I checked the package, I was frustrated that I received broken DVD cases. I emailed the company about the problem, and I received a response back telling that maybe it was damaged during the shipping process. One of their customer reps advised me to check each discs if it got damaged also. I checked all of it, and thankfully, it’s functioning properly in our DVD player. The quality is absolutely good. The company replaced the broken DVD cases and delivered it after a week. All I can say is, their customer service is really impressive and very reliable. That’s what you call professionalism! Will definitely order for more!

I've recently found DVDBooth.com to be very good in terms of providing customer satisfaction. I purchased the Matlock DVD collection from this seller. The package was handled and shipped promptly. The order arrived in a mint condition through USPS courier to my home address. I bought the Touched by an Angel and Crossing Jordan DVDs from dvdbooth.com. I was shipped it a timely manner. Parcel came in very good condition. When I checked the discs, I noticed that I didn’t receive the two series that I purchased. I emailed this seller and informed them I only received the Crossing Jordan set only. They respond quickly and explained to me that due to customs reasons they have to ship each DVD Collection in its own package. The other shipment which is the Touched by an Angel arrived after 2 days! I’m very glad because I have now my complete order! The DVDs came with great quality, it has all the complete episodes and it all played very good as well. I recommend dvdbooth.com. because they didn’t fail to give full customer satisfaction.

I placed an order for the Andy Griffith show from this seller. merchandise arrived in a very good condition. The quality could be better, but it’s acceptable since this is an old series. Ordered complete set of MASH. Received many duplicates resulting in only partial episodes of any given season. Several disks stop playing in the middle. Received no episodes of Season 4. Disks were obviously bootlegged copies and were mislabeled when shipped. Instead of Customs declaration stating the shipment was $120 worth of DVDs, it stated that the shipment contained $20 of 'shoes and clothing.' When I complained about the duplications and damaged disks, they did credit me $55 but I am still stuck with a bunch of useless, damaged disks. Do not recommend doing business with this website. Best I could determined from emails and phone conversations with employees, this operation is in Canada; however, the shipment originated from China.

replacements
I was very excited to get the series I purchased from www.dvdbooth.com which was the “NYPD Blue†complete DVD selection. The product arrived in decent condition and it was everything I expected. I wanted to start watching this series right away. Unfortunately, the Disc 1 and Disc 2 are faulty! I went to check the rest of the discs and found 1 more faulty disc. I contacted the company immediately and asked for replacement. They emailed back right away and replaced the discs. The replacement discs arrived after a week and it’s completely working. I am so happy that I have all the complete set. And I really appreciate their professionalism and standing behind their products.

damaged dvd cases
I ordered LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE from dvdbooth.com. Shipping was pretty quick. When I opened the package, it was really disappointing to see the broken DVD cases. I tested the discs immediately in our DVD player, and it’s good to know that none of the discs got damaged and every discs tester played fine in our DVD player. I would have to say that both video and audio quality of this set is very clear and it and entirely watchable. I emailed dvdbooth.com to address the issue about the broken DVD cases I received. One of their customer support representatives replied and informed that they are willing to replace it free of charge. They also explained that maybe it got damaged during the shipping process. The replacement DVD cases arrived after a week. Given the excellent customer service shown by this company, I wouldn't hesitate to order for more DVDs.

DVDbooth.com has provided me a warm assistance when I encountered some problems with my order. I purchased the RED GREEN SHOW D DVDs from them. The ordering process was fast and easy and certainly no hassle in placing the order. The package arrived quickly. When I checked the first disc and I was surprised that the disc has good quality, but when I am on the 5th disc, it suddenly stopped in the middle of the episode and won’t go through anymore. So I checked all of the discs, and found 2 more faulty discs out of the 52 discs I received. These discs either skipped or stopped in the middle of the episodes. I emailed the company right away and they replied to me instantaneously. They informed me that it’s ok to replace the four faulty discs. They asked for the Disc Numbers and also for my desired shipping address. After 6 working days, I received the replacement. I tried the discs in my DVD player and very relieved that it all worked fine! Moreover, the whole set I receive has superior quality. I am fully satisfied with the whole transaction and how DVDbooth showed what customer support really is. Already recommended to my family and friends!

During the first time I inquired about the Full House DVD set, I received an email immediately with the very detailed answer which leads me to trust them and place my initial order. The ordering procedure is hassle-free except that they only accept VISA cards but it’s okay. Upon hitting the “rush my order†button, I immediately got a confirmation email as a proof that my order was successfully processed. The following day, they emailed me my tracking number so I can monitor the whereabouts of my order and unexpectedly, one of their staff do the follow-ups and help me trace the shipment which is very accommodating. I received my DVD Collection after a week which is so early than the mentioned period. It’s kinda unbelievable but believe me, I’m really impressed with the kind of quality these DVDs have. I’m now on the process of placing my next order and I hope DVDBooth will still continue doing this business in a professional manner and for providing excellent products!

Good Customer Support
My order from this company was delayed. I was waiting for 3 weeks and my order still didn't arrived. I emailed DVDBooth through their website and made a follow-up on my order. One of their staff provided me a prompt response. He also assisted me in locating my package. He also apologized for the delayed shipping because my order of How the West Was Won was on back-order at the time of my purchase. I find it acceptable because I saw the effort he’s showing me. Since then, he's the one who always made follow-ups on the exact location of my order. He made sure that my shipment was on top priority and escalated my request to their shipping department. After 3 days, I received my DVDs, finally! I checked the discs; it's compatible in my 3 year old DVD player. The quality is good and it looks much better than watching it years ago on the television screen. I think you need to follow up your request on their website if you have some concerns regarding your order because in my case, I experienced a real professionalism from this company.

I was looking to buy the complete DVD Collection of “DALLASâ€, but when I found out that DVDBooth.com sold this DVD boxset for a very affordable price, and providing the best discounts other than any DVD online shops, I had to go grab this chance! It was also so easy to pay through their website but they only accept VISA credit cards but it’s fine because I have one. Additionally, I feel so secured in their webstore. After I'd placed this DVD set, I goggled and found some few poor reviews about this company so I got concerned. But despite reading those reviews, I decided to give it a try and trusted my instincts. The DVD set arrived after 8 working days.
The packaging is excellent and the DVDs arrived in perfect condition. When I tested the first 5 discs, I am so pleased with the outcome of the quality, it’s amazing and moreover, it’s all playable in my DVD player too!

I cannot comment anything negative about this company! The “Third Watch†and “Chicago Hope†DVD Collections I ordered from them came after a week, faster than I thought! That’s a very good aspect in this kind of business.

Well, I’m very thankful that there is a company like DVDBooth.com, for I would have quit shopping online if it wasn't for such genuine and competent online shops like this one. However, my deal with DVDBooth is excellent and fast! The DVDs are really available and in stock and shipped without delays. I just hope DVDBooth.com can operate for a long time yet and extend the range of the great American TV shows on their sale lists! Although, I'm very satisfied with the “Perry Mason†DVD collection I received, I'd be delighted if I could see more shows in their list like the 6 Million Dollar Man. Anyway, that's it! I have placed 5 orders from DVDbooth.com over the past 5 months and I’m proud to say it was all a great buying experience.
Firstly, I was a little bit concerned as to whether they were a legitimate company/website, so I googled their website stat and found out that they have been in in the internet marketing for quite a while. I also found out some references from various review websites and forums as well, with all the positive comments/reviews.
So, I decided to place my initial order to them which is the Alfred Hitchcock Presents. Their staffs are all very polite and approachable, and had no problem dealing with payment and shipping. The DVDs were sent well packed and received in mint condition. Furthermore, each discs played smoothly in our DVD player and the quality is absolutely very good.
Ever since then, I've placed 4 more DVD orders, which includes Twilight Zone, Thriller and Friday the 13th since I’m a big fan of horror TV series. top-notch service
The reason I went to this site is because I did a lot of shopping around most especially online and read at reviews from different website and forums and DVDbooth had the best price with excellent positive reviews. I normally shop at EBAY and Amazon, however, the price that DVDBooth offers is much better compared to others Also, my officemates mentioned they have already used this site.
The customer service is very exceptional and I got the WONDER YEARS DVD collection for less than 50 bucks and that includes the shipping fee. my order arrived safe and on the exact period. I would rate the quality as 10/10 for both audio and video. Everything went perfect as expected and would definitely place more orders in the near future.
just few suggestions, i do hope they will accept Mastercards because they only accept VISA which is fine but they need to upgade and also i told them that they should provide overnight shipping which is not available at the moment. other than that, DVDBOOTH really gave me a top-notch service!

I was skeptical at first about buying a TV show on DVDs from an online company as I thought I would possibly be either scammed or receive a product that was of poor quality but after reading some positive reviews, I still decided to place my order. It was also so easy to pay through their website but they only accept VISA credit cards which I don’t mind at all. After I placed the order, I received a confirmation email informing that my order went successful. No concern regarding the shipping, my order came after a week after submitting my payment online. The company also gave me a tracking number for my shipment. I must admit I was very delighted with the quality of both DYNASTY and The Colbys boxsets I received and I would rate these as 9/10 because I didn’t like the packaging quality though but that quality for both audio and video are excellent!I would have to say that I would never buy classic TV shows on DVDs from anyone else! This company has already been provided me a great service and what’s more better is they offered the DVD with such unbeatable prices.
