I did not receive my purchase which I wanted to get for my son last X-mas. The company representatives do not respond, and there is no actual customer support.
I want my refund! I have considered hiring an attorney to file a case against them, because they left me no other choice.

They do not specify their real address because they don't want anyone to show up at their office!
