Company not refunding shabby goods
Completely gutted to have paid £245 for three evening gowns to find that the fit is horrendous and they are far more bulky than the pictures would suggest. Now I wish to return them I am being completely ignored. They were sent from Shanghai, despite the dress site looking as if it were British. There is a Unit No for a place in Portsmouth which has no phone number. They insist you need a 'product return form' to return goods and state that if the dresses aren't faulty, it's the customer's fault for not measuring themselves properly and they do not give refunds. I paid with a credit card through Paypal and the credit card have said to take it up with Paypal now, so it's going to be very aduous and heaven knows if I'll get the money back. This is DISPICABLE customer care and very very cruel. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

SCAM!!
Please do not order any dresses from this company, as it is a complete SCAM!. My order is overdue by 10 days, had no replies from the emails, on the two rare occasions i got through to the live chat the first time they said 5-7 days, duly waited no dresses arrived, i then came across all these reviews, who have experience exactly the same problems as me. When i eventually got through again was told the same thing again, when pushed for a tracking number if it had been shipped they were unable to provide one (funny that!)
I read someone else's review who said that when there dress did turn up it was so poor, they returned it to the Portsmouth address given after paying £7 in postage, only to find there is no company of that name at that address and was returned back to them (what does that tell you!)
I am no longer waiting for my dress and have gone direct to paypal like other people have and have put in a claim and was told i should receive my money back in 10 days.
My next purchase will be walking into a shop and purchasing there and then. Safest Way!!

waiting for my dress
I had an order with this site 7 days ago. I'm waiting for my evening dress. And i'm sure that it will come to me quickly. My friend ordered an evening dress from the dressesonlinesale.co.uk before. I am admiring with that dress and want to have the similar style for myself. Waiting waiting for it...

suitable site
I have never ordered a dress online before, so I was very unsure if I should take the risk. Two days later, but the dress was lovely and it was great quality!! I love their beautiful workmanship. And the price was affordable. We will have a great wedding party on August. Of course, it will be my best choice!!!!

After worrying about ordering from the internet, I was extrememly pleased with the quality of their dresses. It is very well made with lining and a bra top inside. I would order again from this site.

Dress was purchased by my wife for a function we are attending four weeks after order date.
Product is superb both in design and quality. It arrived in the timescale promised and tracking it's progress was very easy.
Great value for money and we will definitely consider using it again.

Highly Recommend
Purchased two of their dresses in the chocolate brown satin for my bridesmaids.
Both dresses fitted like a glove - again the custom fit option was taken - would recommend this as they were a perfect fit! The dresses were very well made, great quality. They were both very flattering for curvy girls and the color was also very flattering. Highly recommend this site and had lots of great comments about it.

my perfect choice
What can I say.......
It is a beautiful, beautiful dress which fits in all the right places (I ordered the custom size) and I must say the wait and anticipation was worth it. The color I choose was Regency. Having never seen or heard of this color before I did not know what to expect but it was perfect. And the length although very very long works with the style of the dress so I am not going to have it made shorter.There is loads and loads of chiffon and the quality of the material manufacture and beading makes the dress look very expensive.

I love my new dress.
It fits perfectly, unlike others that have fallen short.
This dress fits to the perfectly.
It accentuates all the right areas and covers all the right areas.
The service is superb, they shipped and delivered to my house within weeks.
The dress is made with exquisite craftsmanship, the quality of the dress is fantastic!
I would recommend them to anyone who has a last minute wedding to attend and need a brides maids dress ASAP.
Or if you just want a beautifully made bridesmaid dress, this is the place for you to go.

a little alteration
I, like most people, was scared to order a dress over the internet but after so many good reviews I thought I would give it a go and was v impressed. I ordered this dress for my 12 yr old bridesmaid, custom sized in red and looks beautiful!! The material is beautiful, color is perfect and the dress is very fitted and intricate. The only thing that I would say was that it was a bit longer but wont cost much. And they compensate $20 for the alteration.

I was hesitate to order but I must say am delighted and turned out better than I thought.
Would definitely recommend this site. It is made well and is fully lined with padding in the bust area so don't really need to wear a bra.

it's my experience
I ordered a dress in white and chose custom measurements as I'm 5ft11ins so I wanted the length to fit me well. The material is beautiful, the stitching is excellent and the overall quality is amazing! It is such a beautiful dress, and it looks so much more expensive than it actually is! Even the inside of the dress is beautifully finished! However due to the extremely good stitching it might be difficult to take it in without the help of a tailor, also due to the shape and structure of the top, it may be very difficult to take it in anywhere above the waist, so be very careful when measuring your waist and bust!!!
However, I couldn't speak more highly of the service I have received. The dress was shipped using UPS, I received a tracking number and was able to check up on the progress of my dress, I was also given a delivery date by UPS so I knew when to expect it! I ordered my dress on the 30th May and have received it today, the 21st June. This is slightly quicker than I was expecting so I am delighted! But I would recommend ordering the dress at least six weeks before your event just in case!

I ordered a dress from it at the end of April for a wedding in June. I measured myself so ordered a 12.
When it came I tried it on and found it was too big around the bust and gaped on back so I did panic till I took it to a very good seamstress who altered it slightly.
I wore the dress for a Wedding and got very flattering comments and the nice thing about it was no one else was wearing it. It does look very expensive and so did the shrug and bag.
I was very pleased with my purchase!!!!!!!!!

great dress shop
I had looked everywhere for bridesmaid dresses but I just couldn't find what I was looking for. A few people suggested to look online, which I wasn't too keen about. But as I felt like I had exhausted every other avenue I thought I would give the online shopping a go.
I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing my bridesmaid dresses online, after hearing some bad stories. I was so delighted when the package arrived right on time and when i opened it, the dress was even better than I had imagined! The color, fit, and lovely tailoring right down to the built in bra and boning in the bodice were perfect! Such an elegant style.
I've now ordered my second bridesmaid dress, along with a few other goodies for myself!

I ordered a dress in January and it took about a month to arrive (a few days earlier than expected) and I am so happy with it!
I was a bit worried about it at first because I am seriously lacking in the chest area :$ but I was pleasantly surprised because it looked totally fine on me. It was gaping a little at the back and way too long, but I guess that's what I get for not going with the custom sizing.All in all, I love my new dress so much and definitely recommend the dress and this website to everyone!
I'm very happy with it considering I did buy it for such an awesome price.

Only a Little Defects
I was so pleased with these dresses when they arrived & very quickly too! I ordered them in daffodil and they will make amazing bridemaids dresses for my wedding in the summer! I couldn't get a lemon colored dress anywhere and a friend recommended this website - I am so pleased I found them. The dresses are amazing quality, a little big around the top but won't take much to adjust. The fabric is lovely. One thing is that I couldn't match the sizes to the size chart so I had them tailor made which was a little more expensive but well worth it in the end!

happy with my purchase
I ordered the dresses 7 months before i needed them and i think they arrived within/close to a month, so i had no shipping problems at all.
The quality of the dress is really impressive, much better made than a lot of dresses here in Perth. Decent padded bust support is built into the dresses, the strapless one even had a "safety belt" built into it (much like in proper wedding dresses) so you knew it definitely wouldn't slip down. The stitching is perfect, the lining is really lovely, as was the chiffon fabric (no pulls or loose stitching etc). The colors of the dresses all matched and were all as they looked in the photos on the website.
I am very happy with my purchases. As my bridesmaid all have different body shapes, they were able to choose a style they liked and I simply ordered them all in the same color so this was the thing that matched between them- everyone's happy!
So yes i would recommend this company and i would buy from them again if i needed a dress for something.

I was looking for a wedding dress that would be fit for a Las Vegas wedding. 110 degree temps outside for pictures, but still make me feel like a bride. This dress i ordered from this site is very pretty. It has a lot of attention to detail. It feels very nice on,soft & slinky. It has an in-built bra which is great! also has boning for the shaping which is very comfortable. I used the size chart & measured myself. Size 12. It fits perfectly. True sizing! I would highly recommend this beautiful dress. I will even get to keep it as a fun cocktail dress after the wedding. Who can say they really get to wear their wedding dress more then once?! I will!!! The shipping was as it said....arrived very quickly once it was shipped. the dress arrived in a very well packaged box,& was inside out for added protection.They really do take care of your dress!

I love this site's dress so much.
When I ordered the dress, I wasn't expecting it to fit so perfectly, and I was assuming that I'd have to make some alterations. When I tried it on, it fit my frame it all the right places. I have a small bust, so the in-built bra was wonderful. And I am a little on the short side, but the dress was perfect length and sat right above my knee. I'm so glad I won't have to make any adjustments.
I'm planning on wearing this to a friends wedding soon, so I made sure to order it well in advance in case of any delays. But the delivery was so quick. I received the dress within 4-5 weeks.
I can't wait to wear it out. Whenever I put it on I never want to take it off. It's gorgeous!

For our wedding, we allowed the bridesmaids to choose whichever dress they like, providing they were the same color. Two of our bridesmaids picked this site's dress. I was a little leery ordering a dress online from out of country, but when we received them, I was pleasantly surprised. The dress looked just like the picture and the stitching was very strong. (My new mother in law is a seamstress and she truly approved). There is a lining and the dress is sized perfectly. The colors were perfect. We did order 5 dresses in all from it, and they were all very well made.

it is not my last purchase
I chose dress to wear to an awards ceremony. It arrived in time and was exactly as pictured. I purchased a size 14 )which is what I usually am in UK sizes) and it fitted me as expected - however it was a little tight across the sleeves which does not allow for full arm movement without pulling the sleeve up slightly. This did not bother me as the dress looked lovely and I received many comments. Because it is so beautifully detailed you do not need to wear jewellery apart from earrings if you wish. The dress has a dress underneath two layers of chiffon. It hides those curves you don't love and allows you to feel comfy the whole time you are wearing it.service and delivery was excellent.

it is amazing for me
I just received my dress and was thrilled when I opened the box. The dress is gorgeous and beautifully crafted. When I put the dress on, I was even more thrilled. It is truly amazing! I cannot imagine finding a dress in any store for such a low price that is so well-made, trendy, comfortable and unusual. I am plus-sized, an American 26-28, and the dress fits perfectly. I also have to add my experiences with customer service were superb as well-- very helpful, knowledgeable and customer satisfaction oriented. Amazing dress, amazing website! Without a doubt, I will be ordering from it again!

it is my happy experience
I bought a dress in Royal Blue and I have to say, I couldn't have been happier with it. The quality was absolutely amazing and the fit and cut were second-to-none. The one thing I will say to anyone planning to buy is to make sure you measure yourself exactly according to the guide on the site rather than just buying your "off the peg" dress size.
I chose rush order delivery and it took 16 days in total.
I received so many compliments on this dress on the night and I can't wait to wear it again. All in all, I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending this site to anyone, and will definitely buy from it again.
