Unethical, poor quality of material, bad customer service

First time visiting office, immediately after surgery two implants fell out. Was told to give my bone a chance to heal and get stronger. When I got home, approximately two weeks later two more implants fell out making it extremely difficult to keep my teeth in. I got the snap on dentures with mini implants. A couple months go by and my top denture completely broke in half. I was devastated. And no Im not eating rocks. In fact that bull shit about being able to bite into an apple is exactly that. I finally was able to get back to Mexico hoping this would be the last time for awhile. In fact Dr. German just told me at my last visit 2 months ago that I wouldn't have to return for 2-3 yrs. Well, two days after I got home the second time with the second set of teeth and replacement implants that hurt like hell my teeth started breaking off one by one. Utterly shocked I contacted the office and they told me to mail my teeth back and they would repair them. Hesitant, I went to post office and they told me I needed an authorization sanitation form from Dr. German before I could mail. The office had no clue what I was talking about. They proceeded to tell me to mail my teeth to a complete stranger in Florida that was visiting their clinic and he would take care of them. I was stunned. Were they serious???? I have emailed Dr. German three times now with no response. In my opinion, from what I've witnessed, he only cares about patients who can give him the most referrals and/or make YouTube videos about him. One dentist here locally told me my teeth were very cheaply made. I need yet another set of dentures now. They are also beginning to sharpen around the edges so bad that it's cutting into my gums and making them bleed. I am not asking for a full refund. I simply want enough money back so I can get a PROPER set of teeth made. All of this has happened to me within one year.
