A good relationship with your friendly dentist is one based on trust and integrity. and when I read in one of Dr. Erik M. Rollem’s many ads that he dispenses “personal service” it was hard not to laugh.

Unless you call Erik’s bait and switch techniques ,good personal service ,or any of the other sleight of hand tricks he uses to cut costs and time ; well then you need to read more.

The materials and procedures you agree to pay for are not what Erik delivers, but how would you know until after the fact ,when there’s little you can do about it.
Granted ,not all situations are the same and depending on the procedures you may have a different experience.

But one thing never changes and that’s the inner character of a person and Erik Rollem lacks personal integrity and character.
This is best seen in his callous disregard for his patients that have serious problems . He lacks any sincere desire to help patients that have dental problems requiring alternate treatment plans .

Basically he treats his patients as if they were so many pieces of meat ,ready to cut open.
What I found amazing are the number of his former patients detailing personal horror stories ,experienced at the hands of this highly trained GENERAL DENTIST .
But it’s all a team effort . Starting with his front desk facilitator Terry ,who demands you make an appointment for something, or else it’s :GET THE HELL OFF THE PHONE.

No free information :” you pays your money and takes your chances”
Again more… “personalized gentle services.”. And with the help of his highly ambitious trained “selling” staff , Erik goes home with another car payment under his belt.

Amusing it is to see Erik ,slovenly dressed ,come to work,dirty finger nails and all ,pretending that you’re interrupting his precious time and day ,just because you were concerned about your dental health and needed to further discuss the cloudy and misleading treatment plan he hastily drew up for you.
And this angers him greatly ,
and affords him the opportunity to refuse to ever treat you again.

Well, who would really want to be treated by such a callous abusive S.O.B.?? Would you? This is why it’s important to read the patient reviews ,for how else would you know about what goes on in the dental chairs of our[ finest ]dentists!!

What reviewers are saying by sharing their experiences , is for you to profit from our loss ,gain by our mistakes. And a mistake you will surely make if you fall into the ad trap ,that many do.
Everything that you read either happened to me or to Erik’s other former patients.

Why would a really good dentist have to advertise so heavily? As Erik is won't to do?
Good dentists rely on word of mouth and put their reputations and personal integrity on the line ,that’s the best advertising any professional can have.
The best way to deal with Dr. Erik M. Rollem is to not deal with him . TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE.


